一人でお店をされているマスターは、
こちらから話しかけたら色々答えてくれた。
お料理は、真面目に丁寧に作っている姿勢が素晴らしい。こういうお店なかなか無いです。

お弁当の予約について聞いてみたときに
「ランチは前日までの予約ですが
夜は、当日でもOKですよ」とのことだったので
日中、その日の夜の分を早速予約してみました。
サックサクのライスコロッケはイタリアのパン粉で、ポテサラはマヨネーズから手作りらしく。
時間のかかる、手の込んだ本格的料理が
詰め込まれているイメージ…。
「魚or肉、お客さんのリクエストを聞けるので
前日までに予約にしています」
なるほど…。
お弁当ですか⁈という感じに
とても色鮮やかだったので
今度パーティー用をお願いしようと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR神田駅より徒歩７分。北イタリア料理の小さなお店。前菜から全て美味しい。赤ワインもバランス良くていい。グラスも素敵。自宅の近くにあったら毎週通うのに。シェフもワインの事など色々教えてくれます。職人という感じ。
7 minutes walk from JR Kanda station. A small restaurant serving Northern Italian food. Everything from the appetizer is delicious. Red wine can also be well-balanced. The glasses are also nice. I would go every week if I was near my house. The chef also teaches us about wine. Feeling like a craftsman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり人に知られたくない名店。都内や海外でイタリア料理は色々と通いましたが、ここは本物です。魚貝を含む日本の食材をふんだんに使って、しっかりした美味しい料理を出す。神田神保町エリアでは間違いなくトップ、イタリア料理のトラットリアとして非常におすすめできます。
A well-known store that you don't want people to know about. I went to a lot of Italian food in Tokyo and abroad, but this is the real thing. We use abundant Japanese ingredients including fish and shellfish to serve delicious and solid dishes. Definitely the top in the Kanda Jimbocho area, highly recommended as an Italian trattoria.
