さ	さち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前輪のタイヤがダメになり交換をしてもらったら後輪と太さが全然違った。おかしいので言ったらサイズは同じだけどメーカーによって違いがあるのでとのこと。それはわかるけどじゃあ同じメーカーのをつければよかったのでは。それに交換する前に太さが違ってしまうと説明してからならまだしもそれもなし。どうしても気になるなら前輪と後輪入れ替えるか後輪も変えるしかない、それにはもちろんまた料金かかる、だそう。もう二度と行かない。追記自転車屋で働いてる知人に話したら、そのサイズは太すぎるし明らかに幅確認してなかったんじゃないかだそう。ボラれたねと。こちらに知識がないからと適当にやらないで欲しい。普段口コミは書かないため初めて書いたがそれだけ嫌な気分になった。思い出しただけで腹が立つ。 When the tires on the front wheels were bad and had to be replaced, the thickness was completely different from the rear wheels. カ	カモメ一等兵 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車のタイヤがパンクしたので、このお店を利用したのですが、いやぁ、この時代とは思えない対応に感動しました！自転車のタイヤがパンクしたため周辺のお店をあちこち探したのですが、このお店しか見つからず、すかさず駆け込みました。パンクの原因を探してもらったところ、根本的な原因はタイヤの劣化による、チューブの摩耗だったのですが、事情によりチューブの交換だけをお願いしました。最初はお金さえ貰えれば「チューブの交換はやる」と言ってくれていたのに、突然「やらない！この症状でチューブだけの交換をする店なんかない！他のとこへ行け！」と追い返されました！いやぁ、この時代にこんな職人気質の店主、そして接客態度には恐れ入りました！まだまだ日本にこんな職人がいるのだなぁ、と感動しました！自分で「こんな仕事する店はない！」と言っておきながら、他の店に行けと言う矛盾。どう言うことでしょうかね？そして、交換も何も無く自転車を元に戻す作業に入ると、その店主は「普通だったらね、ここまでの料金を貰う所なんだけどね、いらねぇよ！」と言って下さいました！なんと、お優しい店主なんでしょう！最後、店から出る時には「二度とくるな！」と優しい言葉を掛けてくださり、店主の優しさに打ち震えました… お陰様で長い道のりを自転車を押して帰るハメになりました！因みに店主が「他の店ではやらねぇ！」と言った作業は、サイクルベースあさひでは普通にやってくれました！やっぱり、チェーン店は違いますね！ありがとうございました！二度と行きません！ I used this shop because my bicycle tire had a flat tire, but I was impressed by the response that I couldn't think of in this era!
