H	Hideichi O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店の近くでロードバイクがパンクし修理したのですが手持ちの携帯用ポンプでは規定の空気圧まで空気を入れることが出来なかったため空気入れを借りようとしましたが店で買った自転車では無いという理由で断られました。最悪の対応で最悪の気分です。 The road bike was punctured and repaired near the store, but because I couldn't inflate the air pressure to the specified air pressure with my portable pump, I tried to borrow it but it was not a bicycle I bought at the store I refused. i	i m& on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店側から自転車の種類によってタイヤの値段は変わりますとの返信がありましたが、こちらは自転車を見ないと値段は言えませんと言われたので、お店に自転車を持って行き値段を聞きました。以前、同じお店で前輪のタイヤ交換もしています、そのときは4000円でしたので、もう少ししたら後輪もお願いします。それで、改めて7月の下旬に値段を聞いたときは4000円くらいでできますとの話でしたが、こちらも時間がとれず、先日行ったときにタイヤ交換をお願いしたところ6400円といわれたのです。自転車は7月下旬に見て知っているはずです。その上で値段を云われました。それで、不思議に思ったのです。自転車のタイヤ交換をしようと思い、7月の下旬に値段を聞いたときは4000円くらいでできますとの話でしたが、こちらも時間がとれず、先日行ったときにタイヤ交換をお願いしたところ6400円といわれたのでタイヤ交換するのをやめました。1ケ月もしないうちに2400円も高くなるなんて不思議でなりません。いままでタイヤ交換及び修理はすべてこのお店でしてきました。いままで誠実な人が、こんなに急に態度が急変するなんて驚きです。いろんな人に、あのお店は、良いよと行って教えてきましたが、訂正させていただきます。自動車のほうがメインなのでしょう。今回は、驚くばかりです。 7月の下旬に4000円と聞いていたんですがというと他ではやっているかもしれないがうちは6400円と言われこんなに言っていることが変わるなんて、お店を信じていいのかわからなくなりました。それゆえ、★は1つにさせていただきます。今までは信じていた人だけに急変したことに驚きました。これまでは親切丁寧だったのは何だったのだろうか？まだ、こちらは?????ばかりです。 There was a reply from the shop side that the price of the tire changes depending on the type of bicycle, but it was said that you can not say the price unless you look at the bike, so take the bike to the shop and the price I heard. M	Mico Mico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １つ修理や点検をお願いすると、指摘していない不具合のところまでなおしてくれるので、自転車の修理は自宅から遠いですが、家族皆んな必ずこのお店にお願いしてます。職人気質のおじさんがきっちり修理してくれます。簡単な修理は無料でしてくれるので、いつも助かってます。他のお店で400〜500円と言われたメンテナンスを無料でさっとしてくれました。修理代金も他のお店より絶対に安いです。ぼったくりのお店ではないこと確かです。 If you ask for one repair or inspection, it will fix the problem that you have not pointed out, so repairing the bicycle is far from home, but please be sure to ask this shop for all the family members. P	Pnyumsiusha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年前に利用させて頂きました。今でも覚えているほど親切に対応してくださいました。是非おすすめしたいお店です。自転車に不具合があり修理に持ち込んだところ、若い女性の店員さんがその場でサッと修理してくださり、金額を尋ねたところ無料で大丈夫と言ってくださいました。他の所では1000円以上取られた上に、またすぐ同様の不具合が起きた後だったので、とても暖かく親切なご対応に感じました。もちろん、野口自転車店で修理してもらってからは不具合発生しておりません。自転車の購入はもちろん、購入後のケアも考えるのであれば、親身になってご相談に乗ってくださる野口自転車店が良いと思います。 I used it 5 years ago.
