★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブレーキ部品の交換依頼以外にペダルを踏んだ時の異音やぐらつき、チェーンホイールの歪みを感じてそれを伝えたが、ろくに確認もせずに馴れ馴れしいタメ口で「別に問題ないよ。それに部品変えたからと言ってどうなるもんでもないんだよねー。」と話して問題ないと念を押して結論付けられた。後日他の自転車屋さんに行ったところ、チェーンホイールが明らかに劣化していてギアクランクが不安定になっているとの結果だった。ここの店員には分からなかったということか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親子で購入しました。購入者はかなり良いサービスが保証されます。ただ、オーナースタッフのためか自身が好きな自転車を購入したか、タイミング良く売上げに貢献した場合なのか分かりませんが、多分こうした理由で客への対応がかなり違います。こり以外は、とても良い自転車おバカなオーナースタッフ達です。笑笑
I bought it with my parents. Buyers are guaranteed a fairly good service. However, I don't know if it's because of the owner staff, if I bought my favorite bicycle, or if it contributed to sales in a timely manner, but probably for this reason the response to customers is quite different. Except for this, they are very good bicycle owners and staff. LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前自転車のタイヤの空気が抜けた際、急遽立ち寄ったのですが、いわゆるママチャリに関してはあまり詳しくないのか、タイヤを取り外すために自転車の後部車輪を完全に解体し、その上戻す際部品を取り付け忘れてもう一度やり直すなどして、1時間弱パンク修理にかかりました。しかも組み立て直された後の自転車が明らかにバランスを欠いていて、こぐ際に必ずタイヤが自転車の一部をこすってしまい、異音がするように…。
マニアックな自転車に関しては優秀なのかもしれませんが、一般的な自転車に関しての相談をすべき場所ではないと感じました。

It may be excellent for maniac bicycles, but I felt that it was not a place to consult about general bicycles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年末ごろに子どもの頃ぶりにロードを始めようかとふらっと相談に立ち寄ったところ、ブランクが長く実質初心者な自分にも丁寧にご説明いただけました。
残念ながらコロナ禍によるバイクの入荷困難な状況で購入には至らなかったのですが、こちらの好みや要望を汲み取ってくれ、色んなアドバイスやご提案を根気強くしてくれました。
とても面倒見の良さそうな店主さんでしたので、また機会に恵まれたらお世話になりたいと思うお店です。
店内も綺麗でした。
