★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピアス初心者な自分がいけないですが、こちらでピアスを買い家に帰り家族にピアスのサイズ違うよと指摘され、サイズを間違って購入した事に気づきました。
レシートを拝見した所ご購入から30日以内の未着用の商品に関しては返品交換を承ります。と記載されていたので安心しました。
なのでもう一度こちらに行ったのですが、購入してから2日しか経っていないにも関わらず交換はできませんと言われました。
マニュアルが変わっていたならレシートの記載を変えるべきだと思いますし、レシートに記載されてる期間はしっかり返品交換の対応をして頂きたい。何かしらの対応はしてください。
ここまで行く交通費が無駄になりました。
I shouldn't be a beginner of piercings, but I bought piercings here and went home and my family pointed out that the size of the piercings was different, and I realized that I bought the wrong size.
After seeing the receipt, we accept returns and exchanges for items that have not been worn within 30 days of purchase. I was relieved because it was stated.
So I went here again, but I was told that I couldn't exchange it even though it was only two days since I bought it.
If the manual has changed, I think that the description on the receipt should be changed, and I would like you to respond firmly to returns and exchanges during the period stated on the receipt. Please take some action.
The transportation costs to get here have been wasted.
