T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is small but this is the norm in Japan. Our room with is located at 13th floor is quiet and well sized. The room is clean and tidy. I recommend this hotel to anyone that is in search of a clean, comfortable, place to stay in center of Nagoya.
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly greeted by front desk agents and offered a variety of amenities upon check in. Hotel Services: Very nice service from frontdesk and restaurant staff. To the east less than a 10 min walk away is Fushimi subway station. I definitely will stay this hotel again if I have a chance to go Nagoya again in future.
L	Leo Kwan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don’t mind a bit of walking, this is about 15 minutes from Nagoya Station on one side and on the other direction only a tad longer from the Parco shopping area for the locals. Locationwise it is ok. Service is just like any other Japanese hotel so not bad at all. However, the night when a larger group for an event in the hotel has checked in, water pressure for the shower became very unsteady. The worst part though, is that the bedsheet is dirty. This to me is unforgivable.
E	Elie Jabbour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richmond Hotel is great, its the biggest room I've had here in Japan, friendly staff, they even gave us a Android phone in our hotel with free internet to take with us anywhere. The hotel is about 10-15 minute walk from Nagoya station. I would highly recommend to stay here.

The breakfast is also delicious. Bacon, pancakes, and orange juice is the way to go before starting your day off traveling around Nagoya!

It took us quite a bit to find the hotel on foot from Nagoya Station, but its reachable which we find it better than going by subway with luggage. Its excellent when travelling to airport for the bus stop is just few steps away from the hotel. The room also comes with a handset for free call and internet usage, together with charges for different phones. Only tiny fault was that my husband found a long hair in the bath tub.
