身だしなみはきちんとされていたし、声のトーン、話し方が聞き取りやすく分かりやすかった。
こちらの質問にもすぐに答えることができる程知識は豊富ですし、ご自身の経験等も踏まえて話してくださりイメージしやすかったです。
また、子連れで訪問しましたが、キッズスペース、ベビールーム、ベビーカーの貸し出し等のサービスがあり安心して見学することが出来ました。

最低なショールーム。
こんな不親切な「人間」に出会ったことがない社員レベル?。
表示してある言葉の意味(専門用語で読み方も分からない)が知りたかっただけなのに断固として受付から動こうとしない。
10メートル小走りすればあっという間に済む程度の話なのに。
100均の店員さんの方が100倍親切。
TOTOやLIXILから仕入れてる商品が多いからそちらに行った方が良いとまで言われたが、話を進めている建築会社からまだ間に合うから見に行けるなら行った方が良いと言われたからクリナップに来たと伝えてやっと資料を用意してもらえた??
入場時のアンケートにも書いたのに何だったのか??
大企業のショールームの受付だから、こんな不親切な社員でもきっとマニュアルでガチガチの教育をされているはずです。
そんなマニュアルを作っているクリナップの商品を購入する前で本当に良かった。
TOTOとLIXILのショールームにすぐに行きましたが、クリナップの対応がいかに最低か良く分かりました。
星ひとつでも多く感じる。
絶対にクリナップの商品は入れないでとハウスメーカーに電話！

I immediately went to the TOTO and LIXIL showrooms and realized how bad Cleanup was.

Call the house maker to never include Cleanup products!

聞きたいことは解決しないまま最後にキッチンカラーについて切り出したら｢公式HPのカラーシュミレーションをご覧下さい｣で終わってしまった。同業他社はインテリアコーディネート等についても親身にアドバイスをくれましたが。
別の方の電話対応も不可解で、いくつか質問をしたら｢お客様は特別に上司から許可をとって○○させていただきます｣と言われた。何かを要求したわけでも怒ったわけでもないですが、クレーマー扱いされているのかと思いました。

高齢者なら、そのマップでは、わからない‼️そこまで、たかが10メーターくらいなのに、案内図を説明するくらいなら、こちらです、と案内すべきです
何十万、何百万という高価な価格なのだから、もっと親切な接客を望みます。
契約も済み、単なる見学だけでは、ないのだから、終われば、フリーのドリンクなど置いてあるだけで、提供するサービスもない‼️
