Freaking small room, compact. Tiffany green theme.. Too sweet for me. Bed a little too hard and pillow too soft=no support. Overall, clean room. Like the back massager though.

New, clean and room was a bit bigger than average. Lots of feminine touches that are different from other business hotels eg. sideways body shower mechanism, massage chair in the room, humidifier, pyjamas to wear to the communal bath, excellent TV that tells you when the laundry and bath is busy. Breakfast at Amelie restaurant was also nice: petit servings but buffet style. However, the bed was hard with a board structure instead of springs, catering to Japanese sensibility. I like a hard bed but many westerners do not so I thought I'd mention it. About 20 min walk from Nagoya Station or 10 min walk from Fushimi subway station exit 6.

new hotel. walking distance to nagoya station and station mall about 25 mins. it is 5 mins walk from hilton hotel. next to hilton there is a food court where u can find kfc and other good food. the airport bus stop is in front of hotel. it takes 1 hour by airport to get to airport. there are some restaurants nearby. but ***y more restaurants are near nagoya station. hotel lobby is small and not cozy design. there is free coffee at lobby. breakfast is at the cafe shop next to lobby. Tge cafe shop is nice but food varieties just on the low end. this hotel has a public bath. nice one although not as good as dormy inn onsen. I hv booked a standard room with double bed. it said at the trip.com it is 15 sq meters area. there are ***y attached photos showing the different types of rooms are spacious which look like 15 sq meters. there are 1 to 2 pictures showing what it seems to be smaller rooms. As the hotel advertised it is 15 sq meter.., i had booked it. But when i checked in at 10pm with my friend, they gave me room 1308. To my big disappointment, the room is very very small. i measured it is about 8 to 9 meters only ! The room is a bed ...no chair so you must lie down on the bed when you got in. The shower room and separate toilet look new and clean. You hv to put your luggage case at the corridor inside the room as the room has no space except the little corridor! So i went to the reception to question about the room size. the lady there said she understood and can put me to a bigger room but i need to pay extra. I disagreed as it is not an appropriate practise. The supervisor then came and insisted that it is standard size and will not change room for me. So i showed her the trip.com about this hotel. then she said they dont hv the bigger room so they had to give me this small room. To my disappointment ,she tried to argue that i have chose and booked this room. i researched into the trip.com photos of this hotel, the room assigned to me is a room for 1 person only. So i questioned about the photos they show at the trip.com site, and I said it is not a good commercial practise to advertise that the rooms are 15 sq meters but thdy gave such small rooms when guests check in. Because i argued abiut their misleading advrrtisement at trip.com, the lady supervisor finally admitted it is not right and assigned me to a twin bedroom of about 22 meters area. That room is big by japanese size and is very nice. When i checked out i tried to ask for the ***ager to express about the above problem, but the reception lady said the ***ager is busy inside the room behind the reception desk and can't come out to talk to me. Quite disappointing. I found that the european front desk lady was helpful . The other ladies are not good at English.

Cozy (slightly small) but efficient rooms with great showers. The hotel is quite new or they have done a spectacular job renovating an old building (they would have had to gut it). The rooms seem to center around a slightly hideous shade of Tiffany blue - a little overwhelming, if not unsettling. The 14th floor is reserved for females only - and the ladies ofuro / bath is also on the top floor. There is a 7-11 right across the street but I wasn't sure where the closest train station is. Parking was ¥1200 overnight, to be paid at the reception where they give you a card to insert in the machine - otherwise, you can pay the 30 minute rate. But it was unclear how the lot was enforcing this as there was a machine to pay for your spot but no flippity flappitys to secure your car? Our room came with an awesome massage chair. A little small but it was something I immediately Googled to see if I could purchase it for my own home. Until I remembered I live in Tokyo and have no space anyways.

If you're a foreign business person look elsewhere. Nice enough and I'm sure perfect for a Japanese business person or family. But terrible English skills (and yes I get that I'm in their country, but business hotels always have people who can speak at least some English), and a lack of easy amenities people on the road are used to. Just fight laundry done was quite the issue with limited options (unless you want to do your own in machines) that they made you pick up and pay for separately. Again, I'm sure that this place suits Japanese folks fine, but when you're on days 10-12 of a business trip half a world away this isn't the place.

A brand new hotel with spacious rooms and modern facilities. Very impressive. The location is good and there seem to be many eateries around but it is a bit of a walk from Nagoya station (about 15 minutes). 7-11 is conveniently across the road. Staff were terrific and spoke English well. The best hotel on our trip so far!

We got such an amazing deal on this place. It was spotlessly clean and they provided a ton of amenities and free coffee. The rooms were definitely small, but how much space do you really need from a hotel? It was the same price as a hostel for 2 but so much nicer. Within walking distance from the train station.

This was only the second hotel we stayed at in Japan but it was definitely the best! The room was double the size of all the others we've stayed in, and it was the brightest and most modern. I loved that the toilet was seperate from the bathroom and even the shower had its own sealed door. There was a small couch and coffee table with a portable massage machine! There was no closet but there was a space to hang jackets and such opposite the small desk and fridge. There were no accessories such as toothbrushes and shower caps in the room but there was a large array of items in the lobby that you were allowed to take your fill of. The hotel is very new and female orientated which was a nice change. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nagoya!
