I love my rental service there except a less experienced staff try to stick my children on old carvers when I order performance skis for powder skiing ....otherwise great ! Pickup n drop off on the house . Lots of ski clothing n accessories for sale. Very busy place; friendly staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second time renting from Rhythm- the first time in Niseko and then again in Hakuba and we were so impressed with the experience both times! The staff are friendly and knowledge in all aspects of the equipment and snow conditions. We got the performance package which allowed us to swap out our skis after the first day to something more suitable for the powder that fell overnight. They provided a shuttle service to take us back to our hotel and even picked up our gear at the end of our stay (which we greatly appreciated as we hurried to the bus station). Thanks Joe, Jean, Bjorn (and others!) for a great rental experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Rhythm shop is awesome! Our family rented from them for 2 snow seasons now. All staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable! This season (2022) I bought a full snowboard kit from them ( boots, board, bindings, and bag) and the staff helped me all along the way in finding something I would truly love. They have some great people working there. A big remark to Tomo and Chris ( great guys who remembered our family) for spending so much time with me finding the right board and Boots. They even hot mold my boots to break them in and provided a wax service to my board. Theo, Justin, Byon, and the girl that does the coffee (forgot her name) also were super helpful in assisting my wife and kids find the right ski gear. We never felt that they were trying to push stuff onto us. They truly wanted to help us and make everything perfect so we could enjoy the slopes. 10/10 place and staff!

I was extremely elated at the professionalism of a staff who dealt with my ski boots (my bad, wasn't able to catch his name but I extended my compliments for him to the management when I returned the gears) He was shy but so focused on the fitness of the boots. For him, boots are one of the basics to enjoy skiing. Very patient and down-to-earth staff indeed. True enough, I never had any discomfort on my toes/ legs or whatsoever after a day of skiing. Most of the rental shops I've tried would just hand you over the gears and not even try to ask about the comfort of their customers. Overall, this shop offered great service and friendliness big time no matter how busy they were. Absolutely great!
