★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be alert... If the candidate signs the offer but regreted and decides not to join the company, even without a signed employment agreement, they still send you the invoice and ask you to pay for someone who never shows up in your company. Read the contract carefully!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was contacted at first by RGF Professional Japan for a position I rejected. RGF consultants came back to me a couple of months later with a more suitable role. They are dynamic, professional and casual which for me was a huge advantage compared to other recruitment companies where I found people not willing to start a discussion with me but checking a list of boxes to establish a profile. I highly recommend RGF for mid-level technician positions. No Japanese needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your time with this company and its agents. They will sell you the world when you sign up, but wont even reply to a simple email or phone call AFTER THEY EMAIL YOU ABOUT A POSITION. I have worked with 4 different agents at RGF and only 1 actually replied to emails and calls in a timely manner. when 1/4 of your staff knows how to treat people like humans, you know your company sucks. They also will try book interview for positions you are either not qualified for or are in complete different fields (oh you are a stylist? ok.. I have a job for a web designer! want to intervew?). I even suspect the good "reviews" here are plants. PLEASE don't waste your time here.
