★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 抹茶といちご?は冷蔵で、友人にチョコを冷凍で買いました。お店に入った瞬間、気さくな店員さんがお饅頭の試食を勧めてくださり、世間話も少しさせてもらったりして、すごく感じの良い接客で、どら焼きをいただく前からクチコミ評価が高い理由が納得できました。
まず、イチゴをいただいたらびっくり‼️ふんわりしたいちごホイップ?小豆は入っていないのですが、皮もいちごホイップも絶妙なマッチ具合が最高で、美味しすぎて、どら焼きの概念が変わりました！とってもボリューミーなのに、ふわんふわんで、いちごホイップも全くくどくなくて、気付いたらペロリと食べきってしまう逸品。
抹茶には小豆が入っていて、これまた生地のふわふわさと抹茶ホイップ、小豆のバランスに感動。
またここのお店に立ち寄ることがあれば是非買って帰りたいなぁと思う、味・接客ともに高評価間違いなしの名店です?

 Matcha and strawberry ? are refrigerated and I bought a frozen chocolate for my friend. The moment I entered the restaurant, a friendly clerk recommended me to sample the buns, and I was allowed to talk a little bit, so the customer service was very pleasant and the word-of-mouth evaluation was high even before I had dorayaki. I understand the reason.
First of all, I was surprised when I got strawberries! ️Fluffy strawberry whipped cream ? It doesn't contain azuki beans, but the skin and strawberry whipped cream have the best match, and it's so delicious that the concept of dorayaki has changed! It's very voluminous, but it's fluffy, and the strawberry whipped cream isn't too bad at all.
Matcha contains azuki beans, and I was impressed by the fluffiness of the dough, the matcha whipped cream, and the balance of the azuki beans.
Also, if you stop by this shop, I definitely want to buy it and go home. It is a well-known shop that is sure to be highly evaluated in terms of both taste and customer service ?

期間限定の白はクリーム、フルーツ、粉雪っぽいホワイトチョコレート、栗、とても美味しかったです。
温泉饅頭とみなかみ焼きの試食もさせて貰え、素敵なお店でした。

駐車場もそこそこ広く、高速に乗る前に立ち寄るお土産屋さんという感じです。
生どらが美味しいのでオススメです。
蒸したての温泉饅頭もあり、試食もできます。
It is next to Seven-Eleven and cheese tart shops.
The parking lot is fairly large, and it feels like a souvenir shop to stop by before getting on the highway.
I recommend it because the raw dough is delicious.
There is also a freshly steamed onsen manju, and you can sample it.

持ち歩き時間の事を聞いたら、冷凍の方が良いと提案してくれた(試食もあり)
近場の生どら焼き屋より、こちらの方が生地しっとり、中の抹茶は甘くなくあんこの味が引き立ちます

モチモチの生地、冷凍で買って少し置いてから食べるのがおすすめ！
必ず通った時に開いていれば買う。
チョコが一番好きです。
他の菓子も試食すると非常に美味しい。

食べる時間によって、冷蔵か冷凍か選べます。生地はふわふわ、クリームも餡子も甘過ぎず、何個でも食べれちゃう美味しさ。

You can choose refrigerated or frozen depending on the time you eat. The dough is fluffy, the cream and bean paste are not too sweet, and you can eat as many as you like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目立つ看板・お店の外観とは裏腹に、しっかりとした歴史ある製菓店でした。
2021年12月現在、どこにも卸していないとの事です。おばちゃんの手作りらしいですが、自身を持って薦めてくれました。
原材料もシンプルで余計な物が入ってないのは好感が持てます。
生どら焼きは餡が甘すぎずしつこくないのでペロリといけました。
みなかみ焼きも美味しくてお土産に買いました。
Contrary to the prominent signboard and the appearance of the shop, it was a solid and historic confectionery shop.
As of December 2021, it is not wholesaled anywhere. It seems to be handmade by an aunt, but she recommended herself.
I like the fact that the raw materials are simple and do not contain any extras.
Raw dorayaki is not too sweet and not persistent, so I went with it.
Minakami-yaki was also delicious and I bought it as a souvenir.
