魚と肉のコンビランチです。
ポタージュスープ、サラダ、テリーヌ、鯛のムニエル、ハンバーグ、コーヒー。
プレートのメニューは日によって変わります。
ポタージュスープの具材は何なのか、コンビニやスーパーでは遭遇したことのない味でした。
普段はポタージュスープなんて飲まないのですが、コッチの方が美味しいので市販品の方が似せてあるんだろう。
スズキかな？でも何だか身が締まってて違うな・・・
と思ったムニエルは鯛だった。
この値段で本当かな～とも思うけど美味しいから良いのだ。
自家製のハンバーグはホロホロと柔らかく、慣れてないとナイフとフォークで食べるのは難しい。
コース料理と違って肩ひじ張らなくても良いので、無理せずにスプーンやハシを使って食べても良いんじゃないかな？
