秋田魁新報、毎週土曜に掲載される「あの店 この逸品」で紹介されていたので（2月16日付）行ってきました。2016年3月オープンとのことですが、なんと食べログにお店が登録されていませんでしたので、さきがけの記事を元に登録させていただきました。
記事で紹介されていたきりたんぽ（単品650円）では確実に私のお腹は満たされないと思いましたので、きりたんぽに焼魚等がついたセット（1,000円）をいただきました。おかみさん手作りのきりたんぽはふっくらモチモチ食感で美味しかったです！比内地鶏のガラから取ったスープも美味でした！（具は比内地鶏ではない）
2019.2.17 Visit Dinner Taste (Hydrangea / Hokuto Akita City)
Since I was featured at "That shop gem of this store" to be published every Saturday, I went there (February 16). Although it is said that it was opened in March 2016, since the shop was not registered in the eating log, it was registered based on the PRESTO article.
I thought that my stomach was not satisfied definitely in Kiritanpo (single item 650 yen) introduced in the article, so I received a set (1,000 yen) with grilled fish etc. on it. The woman handmade chestnut dumpling was delicious with plump mochi texture! The soup taken from Hara Nishi's chicken was also delicious! (Instrument is not Hinnai chicken)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見た目はやや寂れた喫茶店と言う感じ。しかしここはきりたんぽグランプリで準優勝したお店のようです。
場所は駅から徒歩3分位だと思います。ランチタイムに予定しました。いくつかメニューがありますが当然きりたんぽを注文しました。約10分ほどできりたんぽの出来上がり。鍋の中には山菜と鶏肉がたっぷりと入り、その中に軽く炙ったきりたんぽがいくつか入っています。味わいはなんとなく懐かしい感じがするようなもので、ジーンときてしまいました。
これで650円は非常に安価だと思います
周辺にはお店があまりないので、こういうお店はとても貴重だと思います。
It looks like a coffee shop that is a little lonely. However, this seems to be the shop that won the second place in the Kiritanpo Grand Prix.
I think the place is about a 3-minute walk from the station. I planned for lunch time. There are several menus, but of course I ordered Kiritanpo. The kiritanpo is ready for about 10 minutes. There are plenty of wild plants and chicken in the pot, and there are some lightly roasted kiritanpo in it. The taste was somewhat nostalgic, and I felt like Jean.
I think 650 yen is very cheap with this
There aren't many shops in the area, so I think these shops are very valuable.

家庭のかっちゃのきりたんぽって感じで洒落た感じはありませんが美味しいの一言です。
県外から来た友人にも食べさせましたが大満足のようでした✌
定食も実にリーズナブルでランチにはコーヒーがサービスでつくのはうれしいです。
かつ丼もオススメ?

It doesn't look fashionable because it feels like a home-made kiritanpo, but it's a delicious word.
I let my friends from outside the prefecture eat it, but they seemed very satisfied ✌
The set meal is really reasonable and I'm glad that coffee is served for lunch.
Katsudon is also recommended ?
