なかなかわかりづらい住宅地で入り口までも奥まっているけれど、すごくオシャレで美味しいお店。
味が複雑だけどしっかり美味しく、料理を追求されていることが伺えます。
自家製のパンも料理を邪魔することなく美味しく、リピートしたいお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチのコースをいただきました。バケットはしっかりとしたパンで、小麦粉の味を強く感じられました。タラのポワレは皮目はパリッと身はふっくらとしていて丁寧な仕事ぶりを感じられます。ソースとの相性もバッチリでした。他の料理もとても美味しかったです。

小学生の娘と一緒だと伝えると、個室を準備してくださいました。（未就学児は不可）
滞在時間は約２時間。あっという間に過ぎてしまいました。
料理は彩りだけでなく驚きな工夫も凝らされていて、楽しく食事できるはずです☆
しかしなんと言っても、メインのジビエ（今回はエゾジカ）が絶品でした!とてもシンプルなのに、今まで持っていたイメージをひっくり返された思いです。
是非、試してみてください♪
何度でもリピートしたくなる事間違いなし!!

食べログ岡山ランキング一位だったので過大き思いすぎていたのかお手洗いも蜘蛛の巣がはっていたり思っていた高級店のイメージとは違いました．
旅先だったのですごく

【料理】
秋に食べに行ったのでメイン料理はジビエでした。
鹿肉でしたが、鹿肉だと言われなければ全くわからないほど臭みがまったくなく、しかも牛肉より美味しく感じるほどでした！！
これほどの味を引き出せるシェフの腕に感動致しました。また別の季節に行きたいです。
ワインも空気に触れないように、特殊なオープナーで管理されてました。
細かいところまで行き届いているお店だと思いました。

内観は小さなお店です。
他の席との間に、ホテルのようにゆとりがあるともっと嬉しいです。

店内はカウンター席に、個室もあり、お洒落で落ち着いた雰囲気のお店です。
どの料理もひとつひとつこだわられていて、お口直しのグラニテで、もう一度最初から食べたい！！と思うほど、至福の時を過ごすことができます。
地元岡山の備前焼の器や、メインに使用するこだわりのナイフは波紋の美しい龍泉刃物というナイフだったりと、お料理だけでなく、器やカトラリーにまでおもてなしの心が行き届いた、おすすめのお店です?
