M	Mikio Fukushima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年7月15日にオープンしたそうです。私が訪問したのは2020年10月の平日の午後1時頃。コロナの影響もあってか騒がしい学生や営業してる人たちなどもおらず、静かな環境です。もちろんお客さんもいて7割から8割ぐらいの席は埋まっているのですが、皆さん PC に向かって仕事になりなんなりをしているので黙々と静かに一人ででいられる環境です。店内は、できただけあって綺麗です。トイレも綺麗です。またやはり店員さんが丁寧で良い接客ですよねこれはルノワールの魅力。池袋西口のビックカメラ並びなので駅から歩いてすぐ。池袋駅地下から行くには、まず 1. 池袋駅地下の西口方面へ行く 2. エチカ方面へ行く 3. 宝くじ売り場が左に見えたら、左側の階段「8番」を登る。（池袋駅地下からエチカへ行く階段を降りません） 4. 登ったら直進しスタバの隣のビル2階に行く。これで着きます。雨の時はエチカまで入って「C8」階段を登り、少し池袋駅に戻って2階に行きます。お店に入るにはビル入り口の階段を上るか、または少し奥にあるエレベーターで登ることができます。車椅子の入れるかな？ It was opened on July 15, 2020.
