エ	エンガワ侍 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洋食屋として努力工夫してるし、店の雰囲気も程よくリラックス出来る。オムライス、ハンバーグを両方味わえる「オムライスハンバーグ」をオーダー。オムライスはペスカトーレ風の海鮮トマトソースで牡蠣やイカ、大きいホタテ、海老が皿にゴロゴロしていて食べごたえ充分。オムライスのチキンライスは、玉ねぎ多めベーコン少々で海鮮トマトソースに負けない位にしっかり味が付いてますが、くどく無いケチャップライスの絶妙さ。オムライスの上にはサラダがちょこんと乗ってます。ハンバーグは手ごねでしっかり成型されています。肉汁ジュワ～というわけではないですが、肉の味や歯応えが味わえます。デミグラスソースは塩気がやや強いもののハンバーグに比べて何か足りない残念な感じでした。オムライスのソースをハンバーグと同じデミグラスソース統一にしないで、敢えて海鮮トマトソースにしている点や、全体的なメニューにも工夫の手が入っていたり、楽しませようとする意志が伝わるメニュー内容でした。また次回ゆっくり来たいと思わせる店。店は老舗らしく年配者中心の客層でしたが、華やかな飾り付けや明るい照明で過ごしやすい雰囲気でした。店員の方も程よい距離感で接客的にはホテル並みの良い店。分煙もされてるようでした。 The restaurant is a Western restaurant, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is moderately relaxing.
