★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで訪問。この日はパスタ、ピザ、パニーニから選べました。最初に供されたサラダのドレッシングがいいお味。パスタも上質な材料で素材の味が生きてました。中華街からすぐです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年の夏頃来店。フェットチーネを注文したがアサリは砂利の残りが多く殻の欠片も入っていた。極めつけはフェットチーネの茹でムラで、生麺を使っているのだろうが、一口ひとくちに硬いままのの部分が……。麺どうしがくっついたまま茹でていると思われるけれど、このレベルの料理をこの料金で出すのか…という感じの店。
Visit in the summer of 2019. I ordered Fettuccine, but the clams had a lot of gravel and some shell fragments. The best part is the fettuccine mochi, which uses raw noodles, but the bite remains a bit hard ... It seems that the noodles are still boiled together, but this level of food will be served at this price.

選べるランチ二つ注文しました。
ピザ、シンプルなトマトピザだけでしたが
美味しかったです。パスタもなすだけですが
何だか、美味しかったです。
シェフが料理からホールまで切りもりして
いて、土曜日なのに大丈夫？と心配に
なりますし、一人だから、厨房にいると
呼びにくいから、そこは星マイナス。
だれか雇えないか、たまたま一人？
味は、良いが、サービスとかも欲しい人はダメ。

不味くて無愛想だから高く感じるのだと思いますが･･･。
ランチピッツァ、春巻の皮にトマトソースとチーズと切ったウインナー乗せただけか？と思った。不思議な生地。
で、そのウインナーがスペシャル薄くてスライスハム状態。
他にトッピングなし。ウルトラシンプル。
誰もピッツァ頼んでない理由が分かった。
サラダもね、 レタスと紫キャベツと普通のキャベツのみ。
ランチドリンク、先にお願いね、
ピッツァと一緒にね、と言ったのにな～
後から出てきたのも残念だったなぁ。
声を掛けようにも、スタッフが怖い顔して急いでるから出来ない( ω-、)
ここでは高評価のようだから、いつもは違うのかな。

Lunch pizza, spring rolls with tomato sauce, cheese and chopped wiener? I thought. Mysterious fabric.
The wiener is specially thin and sliced into ham.
No other toppings. Ultra simple.
I found out why nobody asked for pizza.
Salad, lettuce, purple cabbage and normal cabbage only.
Lunch drink, please first,
I said with pizza~
It was a pity that it came out later.
I can't do it because I'm in a hurry with the staff's scary faces, even if I talk to them (ω-,)
