パリの三ツ星店で修行されパスタ世界一にもなった弓削シェフとイタリアの星付きリストランテで修業された青木シェフが在籍されるお店 2007年の開店以来、予約が取れない店として話題になり2016年には食べログJAPAN RESTAURANT AWARDでイタリアン部門「全国1位」を獲得した日本のイタリア料理を牽引するサローネグループの旗艦店 お店はバーニーズニューヨーク横浜の地下にあります。 駐車場はないので、近くのパーキングに 店内は青が基調となり、高級感溢れるゆったりとしたエレガントな空間が創出されていました。 最初の1品目から 白トリュフで香り付けしたマッシュドポテトをA5サーロインで巻いたアミューズを出してくれるのはかなりインパクト。記憶に残るお料理とはまさにこうゆうこと。 白いモチモチのパンも美味しすぎて3回もおかわりしてしまいました。笑 追加で頼んだクスクスのカレーもまた美味しかったです 一品一品が手の込んだ、シェフの斬新で独創的ななアイディアと素材の良いお料理。 接客も一流。そして最後はシェフが直々にお席までご挨拶に来てくれる丁重なサービス。本日食べたメニューのイラスト付き図解の紙も下さり、素敵なはからい 。料理の美味しさ以外も含めた食事全体を堪能出来るのは流石だなと感じる満足感と質の高い場所でした。 メニューは毎月変わるみたいなので是非 またリピートさせて頂きたいと思います おトイレの空間までも素敵な気遣いや 可愛らしい配慮のされたこんな所まで抜かりない感じが流石でした。女性には嬉しい。

The store is located in the basement of Barneys New York Yokohama. There is no parking lot, so you can park nearby The interior of the store was based on blue, creating a spacious and elegant space full of luxury. From the first item It is quite an impact to serve an amuse with mashed potatoes scented with white truffles wrapped in A5 sirloin. This is exactly what a memorable dish is. The white chewy bread was too delicious and I had to refill it three times. Lol The couscous curry I ordered additionally was also delicious The chef's innovative and original ideas and dishes with good ingredients are elaborate one by one. The customer service is also top notch. And finally, a polite service where the chef comes directly to your seat to greet you. He also gave me an illustrated paper with an illustration of the menu I ate today. .. It was a satisfying and high-quality place where I could enjoy the whole meal including the deliciousness of the food. The menu seems to change every month, so please come I would like to repeat it again Even the toilet space is nicely caring The feeling that I couldn't pull out to such a place with cute consideration was a stone's throw. I recently heard about this place and visited for my wedding anniversary today. As it was my first visit, I’d like to try a lighter menu. So I ordered a lunch course with wine pairing. To make a long story short, they made my special day even more special! I was very satisfied with their food and service. It was upscale Italian dishes and paired with wine perfectly. Staffs were also very friendly and kind. At cost of Lunch course (JPY 5,000++), they provided great value for money. Especially Wine pairing was worth every penny. If you were a drinker, I’d recommend it. English menu was helpful coz I am not familiar with Italian nor Japanese. But if you understand Japanese, you will get better information from the sever who certainly knows what thery are doing. I’d like to try a dinner course next time. :-)

chef is janapense but learned French cuisine in France, was the champion of pasta for 2019 (if i remember correctly), was amazing food and extraordinatory service provided, we are family of 4 and we enjoyed very much. definitely worth of it! will try again later.
