しかしこの耳つぼダイエットは今までの苦労はなんだったんだろう？と思うくらい順調に体重が減りました。少しおなかすいたなと思うことはある程度でスポーツクラブの様なキツさもなく、２か月半で６キロ落ちました。オーナーの土屋先生ご自身もこの耳つぼダイエットでマックスだった体重からかなり減ったとのことで体験もされていますし、食事のとり方なども指導してくださるのでわかりやすくとても親切に相談にのってくださいます。私もあと５キロ減らしたいと思ってまだ通っています。他のダイエットがなかなか続かなかった人ほどお勧めです。
