★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会員の種類が多いのは魅力。値段も限定すれば抑えられる。これでジムやスタジオをうまく使うばコスパはかなり良い。そのくらいスタジオ数が豊富。
パーソナルトレーナーも豊富でフィジークにでている選手もいるようだ。adidasファンクショントレーニングという資格を皆んな持っている。
個人成績はどれくらいだろうか、、
ジムはフリーウエイトゾーンが狭め。パワーラック一台。スミス一台。
ウエイトガッシャンしている人がいた。しっかり指導しているのかな、、
ジムスタッフは若い女性が多い。
フロントの方の笑顔が素敵ですね。
お風呂は清潔。サウナもグッド！
It is attractive that there are many types of members. The price can be reduced if limited. If you use gym and studio well by this, cospa is quite good. There are so many studios.
It seems that there are a lot of personal trainers and some players in Fiji. We have all the qualifications of adidas function training.

There are many young women in the gym staff.
The smile on the front is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ渦でジム通いしなきゃいいのだろうが、ジム側で無駄な会話厳禁とかかれているにも関わらず全く関係ない❗️見たいな人たちが居る❗️その人たちは自分たちはコロナではないし、コロナにはならないと勘違いしているのか？
ジムのスタッフもその場に居るのに注意もしない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テニススクールにて利用。上達目的というよりは楽しんで貰うことに重点を置いているレッスン内容です。本気で上手くなりたい人には勧めませんが、テニスを楽しみたいという方にはお勧めします。レッスン後に浴場を利用できるのが意外と便利です。
Used at a tennis school. The lesson content focuses on having fun rather than improving. I don't recommend it to anyone who really wants to get better, but I recommend it to anyone who wants to play tennis. It is surprisingly convenient to be able to use the bathhouse after the lesson.
