縦	縦スライダー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い点・アクセス・一見こぎれいな施設・スカッシュコートがある・ダイビングプールがある悪い点・よく見るとマシン、シャワーの老朽化が酷い。財政的に厳しいご時世かもしれないけど、リニューアルしてほしい・11月から営業時間が変わる。特に日曜は6時に完全閉館なのは早すぎるのではないだろうか。・せっかくダイビングプールがあるのに、気軽に体験できるプログラムがない。・インストラクターの質。インストラクターiに指導を受けたが、老人や子供を諭すかのようなゆっくりした口調に非常にイライラさせられた。その癖、他のインストラクター含め知識的に大したことないように感じるので、リニューアルしてほしい good point ·access ・ A seemingly neat facility ・ There is a squash coat ・ There is a diving pool Bad points ・ If you look closely, the machine and shower are very old. s	shoji yoshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他にいくつかのセントラルの店舗に行っていますが、松本の店舗は、スカッシュコートがあるのがよいですね(^^)vプール脇にジャグジーがあって、お風呂感覚で入れますが、水着着用です。 I go to several other central stores, but Matsumoto's store should have a squash court (^ ^) v There is a jacuzzi beside the pool and you can put in a bath sense, but swimwear It is wearing.

n	noriko yoshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スカッシュが最近のお気に入り。提携の駐車場もあり、2時間まで無料になるのもいい。平日の夕方にはキッズ向けの水泳教室（プール）や体操教室（スカッシュコート内）が開催されている為、元気な子供達で溢れます。こちらも元気を貰える事は間違い無いですが、プールやスカッシュを楽しみたいのならその時間帯は避けるべき。ヨガや体幹を鍛える教室も随時開催されているので、そちらのスケジュールも確認して行くことをお勧めします。会員以外の方もチケットを購入すれば施設の利用が可能です。レンタルでTシャツやタオル類が準備されているので、思い立った時にふらりと訪れるのも良いかもしれない。運動で書いた汗は、シャワーでスッキリ流せます。更には、プールサイドにはジャグジー（水着の着用が絶対）があり、シャワールームには湿・乾2種類のサウナもあり。 Squash is a recent favorite. There is an affiliated parking lot, it is good to be free for up to two hours. In the evening on weekdays, swimming classes (pools) for kids and gymnastics classes (in squash courts) are held, so they are filled with energetic children. There is no doubt that you can get energy here, but if you want to enjoy the pool or squash, you should avoid that time. Since classrooms that train yoga and trunk are held at any time, we recommend that you also check the schedule there. Facilities can be used if non-members also purchase tickets. Since rental T - shirts and towels are prepared, it may be nice to visit when you think about it. The sweat written by exercise can be refreshed with a shower. Furthermore, there is a jacuzzi (wear swimsuit absolutely) on the poolside, and the shower room has two types of wet and dry sauna.
C	Charles Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sports club in the heart of Matsumoto City. Clean, friendly and Knowledgeable Staff and a lot of machines make it the best choice by far. It’s also not crowded, which is a plus!
