地元の素材や調味料をふんだんに盛り込んだメニューで秋田をしっかり堪能できました。フレンチは淡白な味付けのイメージですがこの店は程よい濃さで飽きませんしとても美味しかったです。途中、焼きたてのパンと工夫を凝らしたいちじくバターが出ましたが意外にもこれが感動!トースターで焼いたパンはいつも食べてますが、本物の焼きたてパンはここ最近食べてなかった様な……ちぎれば中がモッチモチで優しく湯気立つ密度の濃いパンでした。 一品一品スタッフさんから素材や調味料等の説明があり楽しいです。 雰囲気も良く、服装は正装までいかなくてもせめて襟付きで向かって楽しみたいお店です。 帰りはスタッフさんが外まで出てお見送りして下さり私達が庭園を歩き見えなくなるまで見送って頂きました。 リピーター確実(^o^)です♪ 大切な日に行きたいお店でした。なるべく予約した方が良いです。

食べログに正直な感想を書いたら、もっと良いものに修正するよう何度も要請がきました。嘘つきたくなくて、修正しないと口コミ削除されました。なので、ここに正直な感想を書きます。 以前は3800円だったランチ、6000円に値上げされてて、コスパNG。野菜の火入れは絶妙、素材も野菜はいいのですが、肉はギトギトの脂身ばかりで完食不可、魚はパサパサな尻尾、塩が強すぎ素材の味を殺してる。値段に関係なく評価2。 料理のプレゼンテーションは美しく、由緒ある和洋折衷の建物の感じもいい。 しかし、最悪なのがソムリエが担当するサービス。客は2組だけなのに異常に頻繁にキッチンとフロアの間を移動するため、部屋の両端にある自動ドアがウィ~ンと開く音が2-3分毎にフロアに響いてせっかくの雰囲気をぶちこわしていた。きちんとアテンドするのと無駄に出入りするのは違う。自分の騒音にも気づいてほしい。料理の説明は時間がかかる割にモノトーンのボソボソ声なのでよく聞こえない。最初からおいてあるメニューの紙を見たほうが分かりやすいし無駄に料理を冷まさせることもない。コロナもあるし、入店時に一言説明して省略したほうがいい。 結果、特別な機会にもお勧めできない。6000円でいい勉強になりました。
