マッサージの前にとても丁寧に症状や状態をヒアリングしていただきました。今の状態をとても親身になって診てくださるので、話しやすく、とても安心して施術を受けることが出来ます。
無意識のうちに崩れているバランスを、筋肉の説明なども含めて教えてくださるので、今まで自覚のなかった部分にも気付くことが出来、とても有意義な時間でした。
マッサージはもちろんとても気持ちよく、力加減などにも細やかに気を遣っていただきました。マッサージ後は身体がとても柔らかく、軽くなりました！姿勢も、マッサージの前後では肩の位置が変わり、背中から首にかけての強張りが無くなりました。
マッサージの技術だけでなく、細やかなヒアリングとアドバイスをしていただけるので、その後の日常生活でも、自分の癖や状態をより意識することが出来る様になりました！教えていただいたストレッチを続けていますが、身体の良い変化を感じます！

施術後はBefore afterの画像で、左右の肩の位置や首の傾きなど改善が一目瞭然でわかりました！首から腰にかけての違和感もなくなり、顔色もワントーン明るくなりました！
もちろん一時的な改善ではありますが、これからどのようにアプローチしながら改善に向けていくかのお話も聞かせていただきましたので、気長に治していこうと思います。
