本	本間健一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで新築戸建てを購入させて頂きました。物件案内に関しましては親切に案内していただきましたが、皆さんが不安に思う住宅ローンの組立などに関しては不満が多い結果になりました。 ①引き渡し日をこちらの都合ではなく建築会社の都合により決定（これは私の不注意でした）そのため、実際に転居する予定日より早い引き渡しをされ、住宅ローンの支払いがこちらの想定よりも早いスタートになってしまいました。 ②上記の理由をネタに追加工事を住宅ローンで組めませんでした。銀行の仮審査の段階時に、追加の工事費用をローンに組めるか相談しましたがもう無理だと断られました。後ほど銀行窓口に確認をしましたところ、仮審査の段階ではオプション工事もローンに組み込むことが可能だと知りました。これらの理由により新居生活のスタートから大きな金額を出す羽目になり、残念ながらこちらの希望に沿うという点については全く応えていただけませんでした。営業の方に関しては文句はありませんが、「商社を商品を紹介する」という当たり前の事よりも、気持ちよく新生活を始めるための案内をしていただく事に力を入れて欲しかったと思います。 I bought a new house here.
