y	yuji osada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 火曜日に営業しているバイク屋がここしかヒットしなかったので見に行きました。興味をそそる車両はありましたが、売る気が無いのか分からないが何も声掛けしてこない。売場も広くなく、二階は基本成約車両置き場の様で在庫も少なく感じます。吉田のレッドバロンが数年前に利用して良かった為、非常に残念な気持ちです。 I went to see the bike shop that is open on Tuesday because it was the only hit here. There was an intriguing vehicle, but I don't know if I'm not willing to sell it, but I didn't say anything. The sales floor is not large, and the second floor is like a basic contract vehicle storage area, so I feel that inventory is low. I'm very disappointed that Yoshida's Red Baron was good to use a few years ago.
北	北杜小熊 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイクの購入を考えて甲府昭和店に行って来ましたが、スタッフの年齢が若すぎて心配なのとスタッフ同士の仲が良すぎてノリが軽い感じがしました。客だってバイクに詳しい人ばかりじゃないんです！バイクについて質問したらスタッフにゲラゲラと笑われ悔しい思いをしました。対応が最低最悪でしたねぇ！バイクの在庫は沢山あるので見ていて楽しいんですけど・・・RBには二度と行かないと思います。 I went to the Kofu Showa store thinking about buying a motorcycle, but I felt that the staff were too young and worried, and that the staff were too close to each other and the glue was light. Not all customers are familiar with motorcycles! When I asked about the bike, the staff laughed and regretted it. Correspondence was the worst! I have a lot of bikes in stock, so it's fun to watch, but I don't think I'll ever go to RB again.

Y	Yoda SW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とっても良い対応でした。売る気がない挨拶が無いとかは既に改善されてます。お店に訪れる数分前に電話して在庫確認をし、ほしいバイクの実際の様子を見ようとしましたがぶっちゃけると、バイクの足つきとか実際の質感をみたらネットでやすーく買ってしまおうと思ってました。しかし！！実際に訪れるとスタッフはお客のことを思ってか、挨拶は控えめですが常に顔色や目線を気にしてくれています。あれに跨ってみたいと言おうと思って辺りを見回したらすぐに気づいて笑顔で、嫌な顔一つせず周りのバイクをどかして跨らせてくれました！しかも、面倒なはずなのに似たような車種にも是非跨ってみませんか？と聞いてくれました！思ってたバイクはなかったのですが対応が良かったため自身が狙ってる車両の新モデルが出たら是非ここで注文したいと思いました！ It was a very good response.
