★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハードボイルド二郎インスパイア。麺がめっぽううまい。もちもち平麺にかえしと化調強めの非乳化スープに合う。ごわしだけでなくずるずるっといける不思議。しかし卓上には余裕でG氏。飼ってんのかな。業者入れて清掃したらさぞ気持ちがいいことだろう。店主のタオルの巻き方だけが際立って美しい。
 Hard-boiled Jiro Inspire. The noodles are delicious. It goes well with chewy flat noodles and non-emulsified soup with a strong chemical tone. It's a mystery that you can go sly as well as stiff. However, Mr. G can afford it on the table. I wonder if I keep it. It would be nice to have a contractor clean it. Only the way the owner's towel is wrapped is outstandingly beautiful.

油そばの方は野菜を増やせないので、
「ニンニク·脂」(マシマシは不可) で。
汁なしだが塩気の効いた醤油ダレがたっぷり ! 麺はこのタレにどっぷり浸かり、タレの多い亀戸よりも多い。
そのタレを絡める麺は平打ちっぽく、加水率は高め。ツルツルッと滑らかで啜りやすく、美味しい。
豚はホグシがドッサリ載りボリューム満点。ただ独特の臭い(古い油の様な)がしますね。ホロホロと柔らかいのは良いが。
着丼とともに出してくれる黒胡椒やラー油も後半に加えて完食。
しかし再訪は厳しいかな。カウンターを這うGをやっつけながらの食事はさすがに....。

車で来る場合はコインパーキング探すのが苦労する感じです。お店近くにはあまりありません。
あと、公式の営業時間よりも早めに店じまいすることが多いので注意です。
こちら二郎インスパイア系のなかでは古参でもあり高レベルのお店と思います。
ただ、店主さんの接客はややクセが強く、お店もキレイとは言い難いのでそのあたりが気になる方にはおすすめできません。
麺量は二郎標準くらいでしょうか。大ラーメンは店主さんから結構強めに確認があるので、相当自信のある方以外は注文しない方が無難。小でも充分な量がありますので。
コールは野菜増しの場合、食券確認の際に自己申告なので注意。配膳の際はニンニクアブラに対応。声掛けというよりも店主の目線だったり手かざしだったりする場合もあるのでスマホいじってると見逃します（笑）
スープは醤油がたっているきりっとしたもの。豚感もあり美味い。麺も昔よりも細めになった感はありつつも食べごたえ充分、弾力強めな麺
。豚は小さめだが脂身、柔らかさ、味いずれもよきブツ。もちろんブレもありますが。
総じて、全体的なレベルは高いと思います。
そんなに並ぶこともないので、二郎好きな方はチャレンジする価値はあるかと思います。
あと汁なしも美味しいですよ。
About 7 minutes walk from Heiwajima station. The location is easy to understand because it is along Kannana.

This is a high-level shop that is old-fashioned among Jiro-inspired shops.
However, the shop owner's customer service is a little quirky, and it is hard to say that the shop is beautiful, so it is not recommended for those who are concerned about that.
Is the amount of noodles about Jiro's standard? The owner of the restaurant has confirmed that the large ramen is quite strong, so it is safe to order only those who are quite confident. Even if it is small, there is a sufficient amount.
Please note that the call is self-reported when confirming the meal ticket when adding vegetables. Corresponds to garlic abra when serving. Rather than calling out, it may be the shop owner's eyes or holding hands, so I miss it when I play with my smartphone (laugh)
The soup is crisp with soy sauce. It has a pork feel and is delicious. The noodles are thinner than they used to be, but they are good enough to eat and have a strong elasticity.

It doesn't line up so much, so I think it's worth the challenge if you like Jiro.

中毒性も高めです。月一ぐらいで無性に欲します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味はインスパイアの中でトップレベルです。油そばが人気ですが、個人的にはラーメンがピカイチ。細麺ですが噛みごたえがあり、非乳化スープもここのは美味い。豚もトロットロ。ニンニクの盛りもグー。
しかし、しかしです
衛生面が年々悪化しています。
前に来た時は冬だったからかあまり気になりませんでしたが、夏場に来ると生ゴミの腐ったような酸っぱい臭いが充満し、虫は視界に入るわ、蜘蛛の巣はっているわ、、、ラーメンを待っている時間がとにかくキツいです。荷物を床に置くのも苦渋の決断を迫られます。（結果置きましたが、次からは手ぶらで来ようと思いました）
2、3年前よりもさらに汚くなってます。コロナ対策なんて全く無いです。
耐えきれず、帰りに駅の京急ストアで消毒液を5プッシュくらいしました。

並びにある「さつまっこ」深夜までやってるけど、「髭」はいつ開いてるかよくわからないので、（ボクの生活スタイルにマッチしてないんだと思う）
開いてると嬉しくなる。
濃ゆくてうまいです！チャーシューが肉肉しくて満足感すごい。
油そばもあったので次回頼んでみたいと思います。

It's rich and delicious! The char siu is meaty and satisfying.
