★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌ラーメンがウリという事らしいので、味噌ラーメンと餃子セットを注文。 味噌ラーメンは美味しかったですが、餃子セットは少々ショボイ感じでした。
 It seems that miso ramen is melon, so I ordered miso ramen and dumpling set. The miso ramen was delicious, but the dumpling set was a little shabby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急事態宣言もあけて、金曜日の夜に訪問。以前に別店舗に行ったことがあった。久々に味噌ラーメンが食べたくて立ち寄ってみた。注文制で味噌ラーメン(840)＋特製トッピング(200)を注文。特性はバター、コーン、半熟卵(半身)、海苔だったかな(違っていたらすみません)
コスパはまぁまぁか。ラーメンは普通に美味しい。中毒性までは行かずか(個人的に)、けどいつ行っても安定した美味しさの気がする。今度は辛いのも食べてみたい。美味しかったです、ごちそうさまでした。
Visited on Friday night with a state of emergency. I had been to another store before. I stopped by to eat miso ramen after a long time. Order miso ramen (840) + special topping (200) by order. The characteristics were butter, corn, soft-boiled egg (half body), and seaweed (I'm sorry if they are different).
Cospa is ok. Ramen is usually delicious. I don't go to addiction (personally), but I feel that it is stable and delicious whenever I go. I want to eat spicy food this time. It was delicious, it was a feast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平和島駅前の北海道味噌ラーメンがウリの店。
前々から気になってたので訪問してみた。
Bセットはミニチャーシュー丼が付くセットです。＋200円なり。
注文は味噌が良いのは分かっているけど、「背脂醤油とんこつ」の文字にググッと惹かれてしまい、結局背脂醤油とんこつをチョイス。
程なく着丼してスープを見ると…ちょい黒い。焦がし醤油なのかなぁ…と思いながら飲んでみると、うん、確かに焦がしっぽい感じある。
全体的にはあっさりとコクを感じられ、なかなか旨い。
麺は低加水で結構歯応えのあるシコシコ食感。もっと黄色くて縮れてるかと思ったものの、それほど縮れは強くない(あくまで主観)。
いやぁ、これなら絶対味噌旨いだろうなぁ～。味噌にすれば良かった。

B set is a set with a mini char siu bowl. It's +200 yen.
I know that miso is good for ordering, but I was fascinated by the word "backfat soy sauce tonkotsu" and ended up choosing backfat soy sauce tonkotsu.
Soon after I put on the bowl and looked at the soup ... it was a little black. I wondered if it was charred soy sauce, but when I drank it, it certainly felt like charred.
Overall, you can feel the richness easily and it is quite delicious.
The noodles have a low water content and a fairly chewy texture. I thought it was more yellow and curly, but the curl was not so strong (subjective).
Well, this would definitely be delicious miso. I should have made miso.

期間限定の煮干し味噌ラーメンをチョイスしたが、味噌と煮干しがしっかりと共存し、麺とよく絡んで美味だった。ありそうでない煮干し味噌、ぜひレギュラー化して欲しい。
This shop has a wide range of menus, but none of them are half-finished patterns, and I feel that they are of satisfactory quality.
I chose Niboshi Miso Ramen for a limited time, but the miso and Niboshi coexisted well, and it was delicious because it was well entwined with the noodles. I want you to make the sardine miso, which is unlikely, regular.
