・黒にんにくらーめん (野菜マシマシにんにく脂味濃いめ) 通常のらーめんも美味しいですが、この店ならではの黒にんにくらーめんもオススメです。黒にんにくが香るスープはイチ押しです。麺が太く硬めなので、柔らかいのを希望される方は申し出ると良いかもしれません。 らーめん大は野菜マシでもマシマシ並みの野菜が盛られる印象です。脂がかかっている野菜は絶品ですね。

葛飾区堀切菖蒲園の本店は旧·二郎堀切店。 大森店もメニュー構成など本店と変わらず、まったく同じラーメンが味わえる。 大でのcallは、らーめんもつけめんも 「野菜マシマシ大蒜マシ脂マシマシ」。 らーめんを野菜マシマシにすると野菜が別に登丼 ! キャベツもけっこう入ってます。 Soupは非乳化だが表面は液状油が分厚く覆い 重厚。マシマシの固形脂も加わり、飲み応えあり。また、ここのニンニクは辛みが少なくmildなので混ぜ入れてもsoupの味邪魔されず美味しく味わえます。 超極太麺は本店と変わらぬゴワゴワぶり☆。ワシワシ感を堪能できます。 豚は量・質ともにおとなしめなので、苦しむことなく完食♪。 カウンタ-だけでなく4人がけテーブルが一卓あるのもグループには嬉しい。

2021.11.17に初訪問。ニンニク、アブラでオーダー。 黒ニンニクが気になったけど今日はないらしい。残念。 麺は太めで固め、いわゆるゴワゴワ系です。 二郎系としてはよくあるタイプかもですが私にはあまり合いませんでした。 ただの好みの問題だと思いますので⭐️は3にしておきます。次は柔らかめオーダーにしてみます。 スープ、豚の味はとても美味しく好みでした。

広々とした店内で、ハンガーが設置してあるのも良い。 蒲田店でノーマルを食べたことがあったので今回は煮干しらーめんを注文。 スープを一口啜ると、煮干しというより加工前のイワシを擦り潰したような強烈な風味。ちょっと自分にはきつかったのでコショウで誤魔化して完食。黒にんにくラーメンも興味がある。

自分史上初のらーめん大。 この日は豪雨のため各地で大変な状態だった日。にも関わらず店内のカウンターはほぼ満席。 入店後は食券を買う。この日はらーめんと麺大盛り、玉ネギトッピングを選択。 野菜(ほぼもやし)や脂、にんにくなどは店員に希望を伝えるのだが、初注文だったので勝手がわからず間違ってしまった。 正しくはこのようだ。 1.まず食券を買う、この時点で購入するタイプの麺量やトッピングなどは食券で指定できている。 2.カウンターに食券を置き麺の硬さを指定する。 3.しばらくして麺が茹で上がった頃に店員からトッピングを聞かれるので、野菜量やにんにく量などを指定する。 この流れがわからず最初にトッピングを言おうとしてしまいあとにしてと言われ、トッピングを聞かれたときに思い出して麺の硬さを言ったらもう遅いと言われるなど、ちぐはぐな結果に。なんというか、もう少しわかりやすいガイドがあればなどと思った。 とはいえこれは自分のリサーチ不足でもあるのでやむなし。 この日の注文は『ラーメン大盛り/野菜増し/脂多め/ニンニク多め』 味の濃さはいじらなかった。ちなみに麺は硬めが希望だった。 実食の感想はまず味の濃さをいじらなくてよかった、そのままでもトッピングが茹でもやしなので味が薄まるかと思いきや、見越して濃い設定なのでむしろ自分にはちょうどいい感じに。 にんにくと脂は思ったより少ない量だが、十分アクセントにはなっている。野菜の量は増し増しにしても良かったかなぁと思った。 麺の硬さだが、そもそも硬めのようで歯ごたえが良く好みの硬さだったので、とても楽しく食べることができた。 玉ネギは最初入ってるのか?と思ったが、茹でたものが入っていたため色具合が馴染んでいて気づきづらかっただけだった。他店で生玉ネギトッピングを多く体験していたためそこは自分には意外な感じだった。 チャーシューは薄くはないが厚みはそれほどでもなく、大きさも眼を見張るほどではないうえにバラバラになりやすく、スープに負けてもはやチャーシューの味はスープの味だった。 全体的に濃いめのスープとぶりぶりとした噛みごたえのあるよれた麺、もっさり乗っかったもやしといういわゆる二郎系の出で立ち。スープは自分的には飲める濃さで、脂や玉ネギを掬いながら余韻を楽しめた。 実はこの日、雨にも関わらず友人の誘いでこの近くにある『ラーメン髭』という店に行くはずだったが、入店しようとして「あと1人分しか麺がない」と言われて断念したが、どうしてもラーメンが食べたくなって検索し発見した次第。一応聞き及びのあるらーめん大の名を見つけ初めて来てみたが、人気店なのがわかるとても美味しい一杯だった。 ※写真はこの日のものだが、撮ったスマホがサブ機(メイン機画面破損で修理待ち)だったのでウォーターマークを消し忘れてしまってました。

初訪問。開店直後に到着。土曜日でしたが行列もなくすぐに入店できました。 ラーメンに、麺量を「中」(100円)にして、そのぶん野菜は(念のため)増しにしない、という作戦。 5分くらいで着丼。 野菜量はノーマルにしましたが、盛りは少なかったのでこれなら野菜増しにしてもよかったかな、という印象でした。 麺量ですが「二郎三田本店」の普通量でも苦しかった私でもこちらの「中」は余裕ありましたね。 「野菜の量」と「麺の量」については少し強気に攻めても大丈夫かと思いました。 店内は客同士の間隔もしっかりとれていて、空間もゆとりがあります。清潔感も維持されており快適でした。

2022/03/30追記 美味い時と味が薄い時があって、もしやコロナか?を3回くらい繰り返して気がついた。 ……店長っぽいおっちゃんの時だけ味が薄いのだ。 文句なしに美味い。蒲田店と基本的に同じクオリティだが、こちらのほうがオリジナルメニューが多いのかな? 黒にんにく、煮干しラーメンなどがあって変わり種を楽しめる。 好きで何度か通っているが、時々きちんと混ざっていないのかスープが極端に薄い時がある。そういう時は醤油をかけたり、よく混ぜて食べると良い。もやしがある状態だと混ぜにくいが……。
