H	HIDE H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 嫁とふたりで休日に訪問、座敷の席が職人さん達？１０人以上で満席だったが、１番奥の２人席が空いていたのでそこに座った。テーブルやカウンターは全て空いていた。テーブルの調味料は要注意！入れ替えているか不明だが、七味唐辛子の正味期限表記は２０１０年だった。水のコップも油？で黒ずみ、汚れが染みついて白濁してて飲む気を無くす。テーブルも何だかベタベタして、店内の隅や端っこにいっぱい物が置いてあり、何だか落ち着かない。味噌ラーメンは、この辺？南信州？？の店にしてはコシがあり、地域的にそうめんみたいなお店が多いので期待してなかったが、旨くてちょっと嬉しかった。スープはシンプルだけど、しっかりと出汁がとれて昔ながらの懐かしい味でした。癖で餃子を１皿とご飯を１つ追加しましたが、餃子の餡はニラでは無く？独特なお茶っ葉？？の様な味に感じ、ちょっと食べてて大丈夫か？といった感じでしたが、ライスは固めの炊き方で美味しかった。メニューにチャーハンとか有ったのですが、このご飯で作ったチャーハンを頼んだ方がよかった気がしました。多分地元徒歩圏内の方とか、同敷地内の建築屋さんの食堂的な常連客のお店で、通い慣れてる人には心地良い実家のようなお店なのだと思いますが、休日に嫁と食事を楽しむお店ではないと思いました。仕事でパートナーとランチならまた行っても良いと思います。 Visited on holidays with the bride and the craftsmen in the tatami room? m	mayumi kusakabe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3歳の子供を連れて家族で初めて行きました。広くはないですが座敷もあり、まめイスやお椀も出していただけました。古い店内なので多少キタナシュランだけど、地元の人達がどんどん入ってくる繁盛した店だと思いました。醤油ラーメンとてもおいしい！からすぎず濃すぎず。あっさりで麺は多め。チャーハンも香りがよく子供も完食。年配の店員さん2人で切り盛りされてて出てくるのが早い訳ではないけど優しく対応していただき楽しい昼時を過ごせました。また行きたいです。 I went there for the first time in my family with a 3-year-old child.
