ぽ	ぽてちん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から「さつまラーメンってどんなの？」と気になっていたので今日初めてうかがいました。店内はカウンター席、テーブル席、お座敷にテーブル席のレイアウトになっていました。お座敷のテーブル席に行く途中厨房を覗くと女性スタッフが2名とマスターがお仕事をされていました。座ってまもなく女性スタッフの方がお水を持ってきてくれました。私はメニュー表を見てさつまラーメンの大盛りと餃子を注文しました。メニュー表にぎょうざ1人前と半ぎょうざとわざわざ書いてあったので「ぎょうざ1人前って何個ですか」と聞くと「10個です。」と即答されました。10個は多過ぎと思い半ぎょうざにしてもらいました。ほどなくしてさつまラーメンと半ぎょうざがきました。さつまラーメンはとんこつ塩味とのことでしたが白濁塩味スープは塩を強く感じることはなくスープのあっさりとしたコクと相まってくどさを一切感じることなくストレートの細麺に絡んでスルスルズルズルといただけました。ぎょうざは焼き揚げたみたいで皮が揚げたようなカリカリ食感でした。皮の表面はカリカリで皮の内面はモッチリした食感だったので食べると口の中に餡の味わい、カリカリ食感、モッチリ食感が１度に味わえました。とても美味しいぎょうざでした。大盛りも50円とあり会計で800円と言われた時は「安い！」と心の声が出ました。ありがとうございました。 I've always been wondering what Satsuma Ramen is, so I asked for the first time today.
