2021/8/28(土)の13:30くらい。 約10年くらいぶりに伺いました。 塩らーめん、熟成塩らーめんを中心にメニュー展開しています。 熟成はいわゆる鶏白湯ですね。 ボクは普通の塩らーめんが好きなので、今回は特選塩らーめんをチョイス。 何せ10年くらいぶりなので、過去の記憶と比較することは出来ないのですが、そんな中でも分かりやすい違いが。 1つは麺が当時浅草開化楼製だったのが、三河屋製に。 もう1つはこれはちょっと自信ないのですが、当時は国産鶏+国産塩(3種)を前面にアピールするチューニングだったと思うのですが、当時より魚介が強くなってる気がします。 乾物系ですかね。鰹節とか、もしかしたら干し貝柱とか? とはいえ、じゃぁクォリティが落ちたかと言えばそうではなく、知ってる限りですと東京城東地区では屈指の塩ラーメンだと思います。

I like ordinary salt ramen, so this time I chose the special salt ramen. It's been about 10 years since then, so I can't compare it with my past memories, but the difference is easy to understand. One is that the noodles were made by Asakusa Kaikaro at that time, but by Mikawaya. The other is that I'm a little unsure about this, but at that time I think it was a tuning that appealed to the front with domestic chicken + domestic salt (3 types), but I feel that the seafood is stronger than at that time. Is it a dry matter type? Katsuobushi or maybe dried scallops? However, it doesn't mean that the quality has dropped, and as far as I know, it is one of the best salt ramen in the Tokyo Joto area.

特選塩ラーメンと、名物焼餃子を食べました! スープも麺も美味しかったです!私的には塩加減は丁度良く麺も細麺でスープと絡んで良かったのですが、一緒に行った連れが少ししょっぱいとの事でしたが好みが多少あるのかな? 餃子は、ご飯が、欲しかったです。肉汁が溢れだして、肉肉しい餃子だったのでご飯の上に置いて食べたかった残念!! 味変も出来るよう3種類の薬味があったりと楽しめました♪ 接客が悪いとの書き込みがありましたが、寡黙な方だけで、接客も丁寧でしたから良かったです。 駐車場で1台長時間停めて中で寝てる?!のがあったりしたので、態度悪い客が多少なりともいるんだろうなって感じでした。なのでお店の方もたまに言ってしまったりするのかな。
I ate special salt ramen and specialty gyoza! The soup and noodles were delicious! Personally, the saltiness was just right, and the noodles were thin and entwined with the soup, but I heard that the companion I went with was a little salty, but do you have some taste? Gyoza wanted rice. The gravy overflowed and it was a meaty dumpling, so I wanted to put it on rice and eat it! !! I enjoyed it with 3 kinds of condiments so that I could change the taste ♪ There was a comment that the customer service was bad, but it was good because the customer service was polite as well as the quiet person. Are you sleeping in the parking lot with one car parked for a long time? !! I felt that there were some customers with bad attitudes. So I wonder if the shop staff sometimes say it.

竹ノ塚駅東口から歩いて10数分くらいでしょうか、商店街から少し離れた道路沿いに立つラーメン屋さんで、竹の塚では有名なお店の一つだと思います。塩ラーメンを中心に、つけ麺やご飯ものもあり、ボリュームがあります。座席はカウンターのみなので、店前に行列ができることもたびたびあります。
It's about a 10-minute walk from the east exit of Takenotsuka Station, and it's a ramen shop that stands along the road a little away from the shopping street, and I think it's one of the famous shops in Takenotsuka. Mainly salt ramen, there are also tsukemen and rice, and it has a lot of volume. Since the seats are only at the counter, there are often lines in front of the store.

For around ¥900 you can get one of their deluxe bowls, quite a value (in central Tokyo, these are around ¥1100). Their shio tsukemen is nicely balanced with yuzu, thick but not overly salty. The meat is tender, eggs are perfectly soft-boiled. You also get a coupon for a free topping next time you visit.

Four star. As I like Iekei-ramen. Despite that, this salt-taste ramen is quite nice. Tasty soup made of several kind of natural salt with oil. I realy enjoyed toppings: barbecued pork, wheat bran seasoned with dashi.

This rating may be very biased. Nice ambience and clean taste of salt ramen. I gave 3 star because I prefer salter and thicker broth. May come again when I look for a healthier (cleaner?) taste ramen.
