化学調味料無添加で藻の一種のユーグレナを練り込んだ自家製の中細麺と魚介でとったスープが特徴的なラーメン屋。 今回はユーグレナ配合グリーン麺の『グリーン麺 塩 味玉つき(1100円)』を注文。 栄養豊富なユーグレナが練り込まれた緑色の麺は見た目が鮮やかで中細麺で食べやすかったです。 スープは魚介の風味が強いアッサリ系で、麺の上にはメンマ、刻み玉ねぎ、豚と鶏の2種類のチャーシューが添えてありました。 見た目も鮮やかでアッサリ系のラーメン美味しかったです。

久しぶりに行きました。お姉さん2人のオペレーションでしたが、切れのあるラーメン美味しゅうございました。前から気になっていた、山椒ブラック、大盛で頂きました。すっきり魚介系のスープに山椒がガツンと効いて、旨いっす。スープまで完食です。見た目は真っ黒で、濃い味かと思いきや、しょっぱくはないので、すいすい完食。御馳走様でございます。麺大盛より、ライスが欲しくなるビジュアルかな(笑)

池袋東口から少し離れた所にある、おじさんの知る限り池袋トップクラスのラーメン屋さんです? 個人的には要町にある#篠はら と甲乙付け難いレベルでした? 自家製麺、水や出汁、醤油にもかなりこだわりがある様で味も流石でした。 魚介の風味がふわっと広がる醤油ラーメンです? 六感堂は緑色のユーグレナ麺など他にも色々と変わり種も出しているので何度行っても飽きないラーメン屋だと思います。 今の時期はわかりませんが、お酒やおつまみのメニューもあるので飲みにも使えるお店なんですよ?

【2011訪問】 本店で未食だった山椒ブラック。たまたまかもですが#中華そば六感堂 より味が決まっているように感じました。 The ramen has a good balance of sansho and flavor intensity. 【2005訪問】 駅からちょっと距離があるので未訪問だったこちらに。 限定の山椒ブラックが気になるも初めてなのでノーマルの醤油ラーメンにしました。ユーグレナの麺が有名ですがあくまでノーマル。お昼は大盛りがサービスだそうです。 麺は歯切れの良い細麺。スープは動物系の出汁を使っていないそうですが充分に旨味があります。不思議です。久しぶりにスープ飲み干しました。あと味玉がすこぶる美味しかったです。 ちなみにTasteBallRamenは券売機の表記です。 The noodles are crisp and delicious.The soup is full of umami even though no animal broth is used.I drank all the soup for the first time in a while.

Might be a little severe as the bowl is ok. The toppings are nothing to write home about but the green soup and green noodles are definitely original. Didn't adore them but points for trying something. Apparently there is a big menu as many of the regulars around the table were actually not eating ramen. Might be worth trying the rest! The black ramen was interesting to. Lots of sansho for again something original and more tasty than the green.
