前回美味しかったので、リピートしてみました！
今回は餃子も頼んでみました！正直個人的に今まで家系は避けて来ましたが、ここの塩味は別格に美味しかったです！
 At midnight after the drinking party, my boss and a few colleagues at the company closed the meeting. I got salted char siu noodles for ¥ 970 and it was very delicious! Family salt may be quite a favorite!
It was delicious last time, so I tried to repeat it!
I also ordered dumplings this time! To be honest, I have avoided the family line so far, but the saltiness here was exceptionally delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stick-to-your-bones pork broth, thick noodles, and generous portions make this one of my go-tos. You can also get a free bowl of rice until 6pm, which is great for finishing the broth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love tonkotsu ramen, this is one of the good ones. Nice thick noodles (not traditional for tonkotsu, but what I prefer) and a nice rich broth. Broth isn't chalky or overwhelming like some other places that I suspect use a premade mix. Ajitama are not the best I've had, but they're definitely above average, as is their pork. The waitress and chef seemed very nice as well. I will definitely go back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy place with caring waiters and very good ramen! The price was standard, but you can choose the saltiness and other ramen “parameters”. In addition there is a variety of traditional toppings at the table, really appreciated.

Since they cook ramen one by one, you can select what texture of noodles which you preferred, the flavour of your soup, and the amount of oil above the soup. Soup is extremely delicious. Noodles is exactly ramen but not the thin one. We had vegetable ramen and pork (chashu) ramen, both are tasty. But do remember, their ramen come with quail egg but not chicken egg, which is smaller. If you would like to have a normal egg, should order additionally while you were doing your order in front of the auto-machine.
