見ての通り背脂ドバドバ系。獣くさい臭いと脂のギドギド感がなんだかクセになってしまう。
能代に行く際は不思議と寄ってしまうお店。
ただ、店内は汚い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝ラーでネギ味噌ラーメン?食べてきました。スープに負けない太麺が相性良く、少し食べてからニンニク投入。旨い❗また少し食べてから辛い薬味があったのでそれも投入。これまたいける‼️
ラーメンは美味しかったがカウンターにはいどうぞ、と置かれた丼を持ったらぬるぬるでした。
ということで★3つです。

久々に朝ラーしてきました。
料金は前金制で、先にレジで注文、支払いをすることになります。
朝ラーできますが、あっさり系からこってり系まで各種取り揃えております。
今回は店主おすすめと書かれていた鶏だし塩ラーメンをいただきました。あっさり系のスープで朝にピッタリのラーメンでした！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の朝９時代で、近くの今やっているお店でヒットしたので訪問。入り口で食券購入のスタイルです。醤油と辛味噌を注文。お値段がリーズナブルです。醤油は鳥だしに縮れ麺がからみ美味しくいただけました。それと辛味噌にネギをトッピング濃厚な味噌に太縮れ麺がマッチしてます。カウンター席と小上がりに四人かけが２つと小さなお店ですが、1人来店の方が次々と来店して、並ばない程度に常に満席でした。
