た	たかゆきパパ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて来店しました。ご飯一杯とお新香が無料との事なので、肝心の味と雰囲気はどうなんだろう？と思い、入店しました。店内は比較的静かで、失礼ながら元気も愛嬌も無い中年のご夫婦？が、黙々と仕事をしていました。店内に居て、その雰囲気で息が詰まるような感じでした。味は人それぞれの好みなので、何とも言えませんが、比較的在り来りのとんこつベースの味噌･醤油･塩ラーメンがメインのようでした。厨房の客の見える所のあちこちに、塩や醤油の化学調味料の缶が置いてありました。豚骨にこれらの｢ラーメンの素｣を混ぜて作っているのだな？と思いました。見える所に堂々と｢ラーメンの素｣を置いてあるなんて、ある意味･･･潔いなと思いました。家で豚骨を作り、あの缶を買って混ぜれば、素人でもこの味がある程度出せるのだな･･･と思ったら、何だか悲しくなりました。もっとオリジナリティ溢れるラーメンだと思っていたので残念です。すぐ近所に引っ越して来ましたが、もういいかな･･･と思いました。 I came to the store for the first time.
