昆布水つけ麺を食べたくて伺いました 小麦香るつけ麺は塩だけで食べても美味しかったです メンマも食感も良くて美味しかった 少し並びましたが開店15分前で2巡目でした

無化調だからこそ香味油が良い仕事をしています。 麺はとても美味しかったです。 常連さんに烏龍茶をウーロンハイですと冗談で出してました。 蔓延防止中にカウンターでやる冗談では無いと思います。

他の方も書いているように、とても丁寧ならぁめんでした。人気なので外で待つと思います。 カウンターには説明書きが貼ってあり、化学調味料は不使用、スープと麺と水のこだわり、器は有田焼を使用しているそうです。実際に目の前で見た瞬間、その説明通りの洗練さを感じました。 今回は塩を選択。スッキリとして、トマトの出汁が感じられました。普段コテコテのラーメンばかりを食べている方にはオススメです。チャーシューは個人的にはハム寄りの印象でしたが食べ応えありました。次回は肉めしをいただきたいと思います。 お店を出た後、思い返すとラーメン屋というより和食のお店に入った印象でした。 駐車場は滝沢ガレージさんと提携しています。 なお、先程Twitterを見たら、今日はスープの仕上がりがよくないため休業というお知らせが。こだわり感が半端ないですね。これから行こうと思っている方はTwitterの確認をお勧めします。

The parking lot is affiliated with Mr. Takizawa Garage. In addition, when I looked at Twitter earlier, I was informed that the soup was closed today because the soup was not finished well. まず特徴的な麺で小麦香る福岡豚骨のような細麺パツパツ(少し太め)でとても美味しく、一つ一つ丁寧な仕事でチャーシューかなり美味ししワンタンはいままで1番美味しい‼️醤油スープは出しをしっかり味わえ塩スープは旨味を最後まで堪能してしまう旨さ✴️ 人柄接客最高です✨?

20分くらい並びました。店内の椅子でも少し、注文を伝えて少し待って醤油ワンタンを頂きました。すべてのバランスがとれている繊細な感じが伝わってきて、スープまで完食させていただきました。ごちそうさまでした。

感激するラーメン。2021で食べたラーメンでダントツトップ。 前から気になってたお店に行ってみる。 つけ麺をチョイス。 昆布出汁に入ってる麺は、出汁の旨みを身にまとい、旨みが乗っかって最高にうまい。 つけ汁は、和風蕎麦ぽい風味がするけど、油の要素もあり、麺にベストマッチ。 具材もうまい。特に鴨肉ですかね?肉が至高の味わい。 このラーメン、つけ麺を作れる人は、何を作ってもうまい。仕事人としてリスペクトすら感じてしまう完璧な「料理」でした。 手を抜かずに追求してないと到達できない領域の味わい。このラーメン屋さんが新潟にある幸せを感じてほしい。 ガチでオススメのラーメン屋です。絶対行くべき。

ラーメンのカテゴリーの外にあるラーメン屋さん。価格も麺も肉(チャーシュー⁇)も行列も…想定外!でした。ラーメン激戦区にあってこの高評価は意味不明…醤油ワンタン肉増しを頂きました。こだわるポイントが人それぞれなんだと改めて考えさせられる体験、なにが評価のポイントなのか混乱するばかりでした。スープはとても美味しかったです。

It feels as though this place offers ramen in french like style than traditional ramen. Very delicate taste, tsukemen is in konbu soup, which is slightly sticky, and I believe it marinates soup just perfectly when dipped. Portion was more than enough for me. Came here half an hour before opening (clearly there was no one there), but people started to line up soon after, so better come early.
