 I ordered special soy sauce ramen at a popular ramen shop that is open until late.
The rich soup with the umami of duck and Oyama chicken is delicious no matter how many times you eat it, and it is fun to see not only the taste of soy sauce but also the clear visuals.
The entanglement with the chewy wheat noodles is also pleasant, and the soft and juicy char siu, the delicate texture of Menma, and the sweet and flavored soft-boiled egg are of a quality that can be said to be a sense of security.
