店主かな、若い女性店員つかまえて厨房でマスク無しで騒いでる。それも会話が下品でね。
そこも味のうちだから。
それからお客の事、話のネタにして盛り上がるのはだめだからね。

それに、店は禁煙だけど、客居ないからとオーナーは厨房で喫煙
煙いんだよな〜
The first time was very delicious, but the second time the miso taste was light and not so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辰野のほたる童謡公園にホタルを見に行って、夕飯どうしようかと、適当に入りました。チェーン店で、とりあえず無難と思い。
予期してなかったですが、地元名物のロー麺があったのがちょっとラッキー。Ｂ級グルメな感じですが、かなり美味しかったです。
スープ焼きそばという感じ。
I went to see the firefly in Hotaru nursery school in Hino, and I went in for a dinner. At the chain store, I think it is safe for the time being.
I was not expecting it, but I was lucky that there was a local specialty Lo Noodle. It feels like a B-grade gourmet, but it was quite delicious.
It's a soup called Yakisoba.

辰野町には飲食店が少ないので週末は結構混んでいますね―

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は仲間で寄りました。少しお酒を嗜んだ後に締め…と思い立ち寄りました。がみんなお腹一杯で、さらにラーメンでお腹がふくれてしまいました。味噌、塩、中華、豚骨と色々味を堪能しました。今回は塩と味噌を載せます。

普通にうまい。
良くも悪くもラー大だ。
通し営業なのもありがたい。

前回はこて味噌ラーメンを食べたので今回は煮干ラーメンをチョイス。
昼時で７割ほど席が埋まっていましたがさほど待たずに着丼。
スープを飲むと確かに煮干の風味はあるけどちと弱めで麺は細ちぢれ麺。
太麺、二郎好きなので麺、スープ共に物足りなさをかんじました。
もっと煮干の風味が強くて味も濃いめならいいのになーと思いながら完食。
半チャーハンは濃いめの味付けで美味しかったです。
このチャーハンを家で再現したい…

It was my first visit in about two years.
Last time I ate trowel miso ramen, so this time I chose niboshi ramen.
About 70% of the seats were occupied at noon, but I didn't have to wait so long to get a bowl.
When you drink the soup, it certainly has the flavor of dried sardines, but it is weak and the noodles are thin.
I like thick noodles and Jiro, so I felt that both noodles and soup were unsatisfactory.
I wish I had a stronger flavor of dried sardines and a stronger taste.
The half fried rice was delicious with a strong seasoning.
I want to reproduce this fried rice at home ...
