R	Ryudai Saito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の１２時半過ぎに訪問しました。先客は２組3名のみ。坦々麺は決めてましたが小辛、中辛、大辛とあり悩みました。初めてなんで小とも思えるし、意気地なしと思われたくないから大辛とも考えましたがやはり無難に中辛を注文。客が少なかったせいか５分程で着ラー。辛すぎず丁度良かったです。坦々麺と言えばソボロの様な肉が乗っているものと思ってましたがそれは無く、胡麻風味のスープに辛い油の組み合わせでネギ、メンマなどが入ってました。麺はちぢれ中太麺で細麺党の私にはちょっと残念ですが美味しかったです。店主一人のワンオペの様で今日は空いていたので待ちませんでしたが混む日は待ちそうです。駐車場が店の裏で分かりづらいですが４〜５台は止められる様です。 I visited after 12:30 on weekdays. た	たにしげるまた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から存在は知っていたものの、何故か未訪となっていた課題のお店。結果、もっと早く伺っておくべきでした。ゴマゴマした担々麺はかなり好みの味。途中で酢を加えましたが、全然バランスが崩れないスープ。木耳やメンマ等の食感の強い具材も多くて最後まで食べ飽きません。今回は中辛オーダーでしたが｢ちょっとピリ辛かなぁ｣位の感覚だったので、辛さが苦手な私でも大辛イケそうです。唯一気になったのが、食後に自分でも分かるレベルでのニンニク臭。帰宅後、家族からも｢ニンニク臭い｣と指摘が… 担々麺＝ニンニクってあまりイメージがないのですが、具材として食べラーがたくさん乗っていたのでその影響かもしれません I knew it existed for a long time, but for some reason I hadn't visited this shop.
