味噌系にしましたが、確かにラーメン大学の味ですがスープがちょい薄い。もう少ししょっぱければ星５。
The Ramen University Sakata store has closed, so I visited to find the taste of Ramen University.
I made it miso, but it's definitely the taste of Ramen University, but the soup is a little thin. If it's a little more salty, it's 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は何度か利用していました。地域の常連客が多い感じのお店です。大学ラーメンは、今でいうチェーン店の先魁でしょうか？秋田県内にも数店舗ありました。中学生時代に『18種類の味』という謳い文句の看板に驚いた記憶があります。ここのお店では過去に嫌な思いをしてから行くのを止めました。
I used to use it several times before. It's a shop with a lot of regular customers in the area. Is university ramen the forerunner of what is now called a chain store? There were also several stores in Akita prefecture. When I was in junior high school, I remember being surprised at the signboard that said "18 kinds of flavors". I stopped going to this shop after feeling unpleasant in the past.

出汁は煮干し？(´・∀・)かなと思うお味
昔の女の私の口に合いました
乗ってる具もチャーシューメンマ海苔で
ごてごて具が乗ってない
ラーメンと出しの味で食べれる
あっさりで食べやすい
餃子も一人前300
円で具がぎっしり美味しかったので私は又行きたいと思いました
お店のおばさんの対応が控えめな話し方で感じいいです
