S	Samurai Japon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店構え、店内の雰囲気は、まさしく昭和ノスタルジーです。ラーメン屋さんなのですが居酒屋さんでもあるようです。店舗前と近くにコインパーが有ります。九州地方南部のラーメンと聞いていたので、コッテリ系かと思っていましたが逆でした！どうやら九州地方北部(福岡近辺)の豚骨ラーメンは、白濁濃厚なスープですが、南部はあっさりしたスープでした！九州豚骨ライト系って感じでした。食べてみて思ったのが味玉が美味い‼︎ 何処の鶏卵なのか判りませんが、程よく濃厚な味わいの鶏卵でした。麺は、定番の細麺で6段階から茹で加減をチョイス出来ます。バラ肉のチャーシューは、柔らかくてホロホロ！イメージしていたスープとは違ったのですが、まぁ…美味いと思います。 The storefront and the atmosphere in the store are truly Showa nostalgia.
