m	m s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人に誘ってもらい初めてのパーソナルトレーニング＆ペアトレーニングを体験してきましたが、とってもオススメです(^_^)！！まずトレーナーさんが、日テレ朝の情報番組バゲットのトレーニングコーナーでインストラクターもされている【兵藤明日香さん】でした！最初から最後まで私たちのペースに合わせて笑顔で元気よくトレーニングを進めてくださり、あっという間に時間が終わりました！綺麗なジムで気持ち良い汗をかきながら、女性3人で気兼ねなくトレーニングが出来て本当に楽しかったです⭐︎ ジムや家で1人で黙々とトレーニングするよりも、プロにしっかりフォームを見てもらい、友達とも応援しあいながら運動できる環境は最高！また予約させて頂きます！ I had my friend invite me to experience my first personal training and pair training, but I highly recommend it (^ _ ^)! !!
