M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレーニングを頑張りたいと思って去年の夏から渋谷店に通ってますが、今年に入ってから質が下がったと感じます。予約が取りやすいのが特徴と言われていたのに予約が全然取れない、毎回トレーナーが違うのにカウンセリングやヒヤリングの時間がほぼない、トレーニング中隣でやっているお客さんと喋る、それはダメ/こうしないとダメですよと上から目線で話をされる。など、良い気はしない事が増えました。高いお金をかけて自分を変えたい、そのサポーとをしてほしいと思って通っているので本当に本当に残念です。話をする中で正直なめられてる気がしましたし、残りのお金が戻ってくるなら、このジムでのトレーニングはもう辞めたいとさえ思ってしまいました。人それぞれ合う合わないはあると思うので、あくまでも個人的な意見です。ジムを運営されている方へ伝わって少しでも改善されたら良いなと思い書かせていただきました。 I've been going to the Shibuya store since last summer because I want to do my best in training, but I feel that the quality has deteriorated since the beginning of this year. 松	松永 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優しくて正しい知識を教えてくれます！楽しいスタッフの方なので女性ひとりでも通える雰囲気だと思いました。食事制限も運動もいきなり頑張るというよりかは習慣化できるようにサポートしてくれるそんなコンセプトが非常に気に入りました。健康はもちろん、素敵な自分になれるように頑張ります！ It is kind and teaches you the correct knowledge! t	tomoko kato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月からチキンジムに同僚と筋力をつけるため通い始めました。同僚はジムが初めてなので有酸素系のボクササイズに体験で行ったりしましたが、私も無酸素系のジムは人生初！筋トレは苦しくて逃げていましたが、筋力をつけたい、お腹を割りたいと目標を決めたらジムしかありませんでした。渋谷店はイケメントレーナー達が甘いマスクで優しく私達のために時には厳しく指導してくれます。無理そうだと補助してくれる優しさに頑張ろうと思います。気さくなトレーナーばかりでアットホームで、最初は緊張していましたが今では楽しく通っています。ジムのラインからアドバイスをくれたり、わからないことはすぐ教えてくれ身近に感じます。終わった後のプロテインの美味しいこと間違いないです！数種類ある中でも特に抹茶がおすすめです！目標の細マッチョ、お腹割る目標に私もストイックに頑張っています。筋肉が少し付いてきたら自信に繋がってきています！これからも頑張るのでよろしくお願いいたします‼️ジムの後のチキンが美味しいこと！チキンジム、最高です?
