冷製スープは味が濃く、サラダにあった鰹は醤油ソースとの相性がよく野菜の個性も出ていました。鹿のソテーはミディアムで程よい弾力と味わい深いソースが良かったです。デザートの桃のアイスジュレは桃自体の食べごたえとアイスの冷たいシャリシャリ感はクセになります。
私が頼んだのは1650円のコースでしたが値段以上の価値があると感じました。
開店と同時に席につけましたが徐々に人が増えた様子でしたので、できれば予約していく事をオススメします。

The cold soup had a strong taste, and the bonito that was in the salad went well with the soy sauce sauce, and the individuality of the vegetables came out. The deer saute was medium, with just the right amount of elasticity and a tasty sauce. The dessert peach ice jelly is addictive to the texture of the peach itself and the cold crispness of the ice cream.
I ordered a 1650 yen course, but I felt it was worth more than the price.
I took a seat at the same time as the store opened, but it seemed that the number of people gradually increased, so it is recommended to make a reservation if possible.

中心街のお店で店内が素敵で結婚式の二次会に良く使われるそうです。
高いのかなって思ったらかなりリーズナブルな価格(^-^)料理も美味しかったです！
少し贅沢ランチにはめちゃ良いかもですねー！また行きたいですなぁ☺☺

It seems that the interior of the store is nice at a shop in the city center and it is often used for the second party of wedding ceremonies.
Pretty reasonable price (^ - ^) food was delicious if I thought it was expensive!
It might be awesome for a luxurious lunch! I want to go there again ☺☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は、金曜日。万代シティに来ています。前々から気になっていたフレンチレストラン、キャトルヴァンに予約無しでランチに行って来ました。土日祝日には、パーティーや結婚式の二次会に貸切りで良く使われて居るようです。ランチメニューから牛ヒレのソテー赤ワインソース2000円をオーダーしました。じゃがいものスープ、オードブル、牛ヒレのソテー、ヨーグルトとアイスのデザート、ドリンクが付きます。赤ワインソースが、とても美味しかったです。

On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it seems that it is often used for private parties and wedding parties. I ordered sautéed beef tenderloin with red wine sauce for 2000 yen from the lunch menu. Includes potato soup, hors d'oeuvre, sauteed beef tenderloin, yogurt and ice cream dessert, and drinks. The red wine sauce was very delicious.
