b	billybozzio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟駅の近くにある、隠れ家の様な素敵なビストロです。カーブドッチのレストランで腕を振るった総料理長さんが独立され、オープンしたお店です。外観も控えめな看板で、内装もシンプルで上品。とても居心地が良い雰囲気です。料理はコースとアラカルトがあるのですが、この日はネット予約で2750円のコースをお願いしました。料理は本当にレベルが高いと思います。前菜の豚肉の自家製パテとピクルス、ズッキーニとチキンのフライ、グラタン、メバルのソテー、パン、イチゴとヨーグルトのアイス、コーヒー、といった内容でしたが（メニュー名はうろ覚えです）、一品一品が手の込んだ創意工夫あふれるもので、オーナーシェフのまごころが伝わってきます。これでこの値段はかなりコスパが高いです！ドリンクもビールやワインから新潟の誇る地酒まで取り揃えています。美味しいお酒とお料理を愉しめる大人の隠れ家的な素敵なお店です。お値段もリーズナブルで、普段使いでも大事な場面でもどちらでもいけます。知ってることを自慢したくなるお店です。また利用したいと思います！ It's a nice bistro like a hideaway near Niigata station. It is a restaurant opened by the head chef who wielded his skills at the restaurant in Cave d'Occe. The signboard has a modest exterior, and the interior is simple and elegant. It's a very cozy atmosphere. There are courses and a la carte cooking, but on this day I asked for a course of 2750 yen by online reservation. I think the cooking is really high level. The contents were homemade pork pate and pickles as an appetizer, fried zucchini and chicken, gratin, sauteed mebaru, bread, iced strawberry and yogurt, coffee (I remember the menu name), but each item is elaborate. However, it is full of ingenuity and conveys the true spirit of the owner chef. With this, this price is quite expensive! Drinks range from beer and wine to local sake that Niigata is proud of. It is a wonderful hideaway shop for adults who can enjoy delicious sake and food. The price is reasonable, and you can use it for both everyday use and important occasions. It's a shop that makes you want to brag about what you know. I want to use it again!

The owner chef will heal you with delicious food. We strongly recommend that you make a reservation by the day before and enjoy this taste on the course. I think you can enjoy it alone or with multiple people. I've been to many places, but it's worth the trip to eat even at the distance of the plane. The quality and cost performance are the best.

In addition to the course meal and 4 glasses of sake, we ordered additional bouillabaisse, homemade bacon, sausage, and catalana. Everything is delicious! And it's also kind to your wallet.
