★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年よりprogressさんにお世話になってます。40代半ばでなかなか自己流では体重が減らず思い切って通ってみました。結果は3か月で10キロ減です。週2回のトレーニングでモチベーションが下がらず楽しく痩せれた事に感謝してます。残り3か月でまた10キロ減出来そうです。
 I have been indebted to progress since last year. In my mid-40s, I didn't lose weight in my own way, so I took the plunge. The result is a 10 kilogram reduction in 3 months. I am grateful that my motivation did not drop and I enjoyed losing weight by training twice a week. It seems that we can reduce 10 kg again in the remaining 3 months.
