I enrolled in the body make-up course with almost no exercise experience. The training is tough, but the results come. Thank you to the kind staff who encourage me every time! ?

I went to a gym for the first time, experienced muscle training using equipment for the first time, and had Mr. Torrener teach me for the first time. Everything is new to me, but I think it's a place where you can enjoy training without hesitation. Delicious protein and food!

I ordered dessert at Uber. The chiffon cake was hard, but the sweetness was modest and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの方の感じが良く、楽しくトレーニングを続けることが出来ています。更衣室のアメニティも充実しており用事の前後でもとても通いやすいです！毎回トレーニング後に飲むプロテインも美味しいので楽しみのひとつです^^
The staff feels good and I am able to continue training happily. The changing room amenities are also substantial, making it very easy to go before and after errands! The protein I drink after each training is delicious, so it's one of the pleasures ^^
