G	G In on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間使えるのは本当に助かります。何種類かジムに通っていたことがありますが、仕事終わりが遅い時などジムが閉まったりしてしまうこともなく、時間的にいつでも利用できるのは精神的にも体力的にもメリットが大きいです。平日の夕方以降特に19時から21時の時間は特に混みます。シャワールームが男女各2つしかないので、待ち時間が発生するのはしかたないかもしれませんね。他の会員制ジムに比べたときに、マシン器具自体は種類も少ないですし、お風呂や、サウナ、プール、スタジオレッスンは有りません。フリーウェイトの大きさは山形のジムの中では大きい部類だと思います It is really helpful to be able to use it around the clock. セ	セッキー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形に帰省した際に使用してます。広くて使いやすいがマシンは確かに少ないかも。こちらの店舗は日本一愛想の良い店を目指しているというだけあってエニタイムフィットネスには珍しくスタッフとの関わりがあるのも良い。東京にはこんなお店は無いのでホントにオススメです。しかーし、フロアのスペースが超広いのにマシンが少ない！これはもったいないので今後マシンが増設される事を願っております！ I use it when I go home to Yamagata.
