毎回前回の施術からどうだったか聞いてくれて、何か合わないことがあるとすぐに対応してくれます。自分に合ったマツゲの種類と付け方を考えてくれてとてもありがたいです(^-^)
スタッフの方もとても親切丁寧で安心して施術をまかせられます！

 I've been attending since about 8 years ago.
Every time, they ask me how it was from the last treatment, and if something goes wrong, they will respond immediately. I am very grateful for thinking about the type of eyelashes that suits me and how to attach them (^-^)
The staff are also very kind and polite, and you can leave the treatment with confidence!

I found it online via google and decided to give it a try, because they had a 50 percent off promotion. I could requested a translator through instagram, because my japanese is not very well. The translator Moemi was very nice and helpful. I got a lot of informations before getting the eyelash extensions, which i really liked. Also they fulfilled my wishes to have a natural style. I was very satisfied with my first appointment, so I continue. Everything is clean and i also feel comfortable during the process. Thank you very much! I can fully recommend this shop.

However, once Ono-san explained the process carefully, I felt more comfortable and confident with their service. I am truly glad that I tried it since I received one of the best service I had here in Japan, they were polite and careful. Will surely try again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience here with Tera! I don’t speak Japanese but they made sure an interpreter was here to help. It was clear they really cared about making sure they understood what I wanted. They paid a lot of attention to detail. I will definitely be returning!
Update: just want to say I returned for a follow up appointment about 6 weeks later and had another great experience. Tera is great and everyone at the desk is so nice. Lasts way longer and has more dramatic results than lash lifts in the US, and no damage to my lashes. Just note that the appt takes longer than US, where they only take 45 min, here it’s around 1.5-2hours. But very worth it! I usually fall asleep :)
