方針を変更し、賃貸マンションを対象としましたが、高齢者で無職ではなななか貸してもらえないとの懸念がありましたが、ご担当のご尽力と運を味方にして、満足する結果を得ました。
売却前の場所から徒歩5分、郵便番号は変わらず、生活行動範囲も全く変わらないことはとても恵まれています。申込書を提出した際、年齢や無職であることを問題にしていない対応をして頂き、気持ち良く契約に進むことができ、感謝しております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回、賃貸マンションの引越しでお世話になりました。コロナ禍での引越しは不安でしたが、色々と配慮して下さり、リモート対応も迅速丁寧に行っていただき、最後まで安心してお任せできました。担当の新野さんは、内覧も現地集合で対応してくださり、仕事上色々と制限がある中でたくさんワガママを言ったにも関わらず、いつも快く対応して下さいました。また、小さな子供がいる引越しは、こまめに連絡を取ったり、予定を組むのが大変で、メールのやり取りを多めにして下さったり、電話をかける時間帯の配慮など、きめ細やかな対応が感じられました。
急な引越しや希望条件が多い等、たくさん迷惑をかけましたが、コロナ禍でも安全に信頼して希望の物件に住むことができました。
時代に合わせてサービスの提供ができるお店なのだと感じました。
